Beschrijving Interieur

20 km south-west of Pori, Bothnia Sea/Hyvinluodonfäärtti 30 m, shallow, hard sandy bottom, two boats. Wooden house built 2002, has two similar but separate flats each with own entrance, both flats have living room/kitchen bed/sofa, upstairs bedroom 2 beds, sleeping loft double bed + 1 bed, shower room, open porch. Both flats have a fireplace and are similarly equipped.

Seashore sauna (15 m²), with room with fireplace, washroom, porch, sauna has elec. light, cold and hot water and shower. House located on Hyviluoto island, which has other residents, island measures 2 km². Best suited to acquainted families; both families have their own seclusion, if required. Plot is level and ideal for families with children, as also is the shore. Parking 1.5 km. Owner takes guests to island and brings them back (one return trip incl. in price)

Owner rents out outboard motors and fishing tackle. Good fishing waters in area.
