This log-constructed villa (2023) is equipped with modern comforts. The property features a shallow, soft sandy-bottomed shoreline, a private dock, and a rowing boat. In winter, guests can enjoy ice swimming right by the villa, with an ice hole pump keeping the opening clear throughout the season.
The villa has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a pull-out bed that extends to 160 x 200 cm. There are a total of 4 villas on the shores of lake Haapijärvi (other properties 16679, 16695 & 16697), and they are all similar, with possible minor differences in equipment. However, the villas are situated so that each has its own beach and private yard.
On the ground floor of the main building, there is a large open-plan living room/kitchen area with a high ceiling. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is plenty of space for a larger group to dine together. Two bedrooms, each with two beds (size 80 x 200 cm). The spacious 78 m² Orvokki apartment is situated in the middle, with the 66 m² Karoliina and Pauliina apartments on either side. Renting the entire Kilpola villa is ideal for groups of up to 15 people or three smaller groups or families, each with up to five members. The apartments can be connected via adjoining doors in the upstairs sleeping alcoves.
Kilpola, as a whole, is available for rent during Christmas, New Year’s, and Midsummer. At other times, the apartments can be rented individually: 17354 Kilpolan Orvokki, 17355 Kilpolan Pauliina, and 17356 Kilpolan Karoliina.
