Beschrijving van de accommodatie
Deze villa met houten paneelbouw ligt in het rustige kustlandschap van Luvia in Finland en biedt een verblijf voor wie een echte verbinding met de natuur en Noordse rust zoekt. Het huis werd in 2001 gebouwd en combineert rustieke charme met comfortabel wonen. De hoofdbouw beschikt over een ruime open woonkeuken, een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed, een tweede slaapkamer met 2 bedden, een toilet, een elektrische sauna, een wasruimte met 2 douches en een aparte kleedkamer. Een overdekt terras breidt de leefruimte naar buiten uit. Op de bovenverdieping biedt een zolderruimte extra mogelijkheden met een slaapnisje met 2 bedden en een tweede slaapnisje met een tweepersoonsbed en 2 extra bedden.
Buitenruimtes
De villa ligt slechts 25 meter van de Botnische Zee, langs de Hyvinluodonfäärtti, een smalle en beschutte zeestraat met diep, rotsachtig en zacht kleibodem. Een grote steiger steekt uit over het water en biedt directe toegang voor zwemmen en vissen. Een roeiboot staat ter beschikking van gasten voor verkenning van de omliggende wateren. Het overdekte terras dient als comfortabel buiten zit- en eetgedeelte. Een apart bijgebouw herbergt een zomerkeuken met grill, roker en fornuis, geschikt voor buitenkoken en gezellige bijeenkomsten in de warmere maanden.
Praktische informatie
Wi-Fi is beschikbaar tijdens het verblijf. Het bijgebouw bevat ook een woonkamer met open haard en een slaapbank. De accommodatie beschikt over een traditionele houtkachel-sauna met grote kachel en een stoomkamer op de bovenverdieping. Tijdens de winter moet water voor de houtkachel-sauna met emmers worden gehaald uit een bron op ongeveer 20 meter afstand. De vloerverwarming in de kleedkamer van de houtkachel-sauna is in de winter niet in gebruik.
Afstanden en bezienswaardigheden
De villa ligt ongeveer 150 kilometer ten noorden van Turku, een historisch belangrijke en levendige stad met een middeleeuws kasteel, kathedraal en rijk cultureel aanbod. De kustlijn van Luvia maakt deel uit van de Botnische Zee, bekend om zijn archipel, zuiver water en talrijke mogelijkheden voor buitenactiviteiten zoals zeilen, vissen en natuurwandelingen. Planed log villa built in 2007-2008 (100 m²), with a separate wood-heated lakeside sauna. Situated approx. 270 km to the northwest from Helsinki, 22 km from Pori, in Onnenkoski, on the tranquil lake Haapijärvi.
There are a total of 4 villas on the shores of lake Haapijärvi (other properties 16679, 16695 & 16697), and they are all similar, with possible minor differences in equipment. However, the villas are situated so that each has its own beach and private yard.
On the ground floor of the main building, there is a large open-plan living room/kitchen area with a high ceiling. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is plenty of space for a larger group to dine together. Two bedrooms, each with two beds (size 80 x 200 cm). In addition, there is an electric sauna and a bathroom with WC.
The upper floor has a low but spacious loft with three beds at each end (a total of 6 beds, size 80 x 200 cm each). Please note that the villa is rented for a maximum of 8 people.
There is a separate entrance with a vestibule. Access to the terrace from the living room/kitchen. The terrace has an L-shaped design and is entirely under a roof. On the terrace, you can find a dining area and a gas grill.
On the beach, there is a separate sauna building with a wood-heated sauna stove, a washing room, a living area, and a loft. Terrace facing the lake. If needed, you can sleep in the loft of the sauna building (note the steep ladder). The living area has a sink and a workspace.
The plot is coniferous forest terrain sloping gently towards the lake. The bottom of the lake near the shore is sandy and shallow, becoming softer farther out. There is a small pier with a swim ladder. Hongantaka

Dit houten huisje ligt 24 km westelijk van Pori in Finland, op de oevers van de Zee Eteläselkä, onderdeel van de Selkämeri. Het uit 1960 stammende pand ademt rustieke warmte uit en biedt een authentieke en vredige vakantie aan de Finse kust. Het huisje beschikt over een gezellige woonkamer met een slaapbank van 115 cm breed, een alkoof met een bed van 120 cm breed en een slaaphoek met een bed van 90 cm breed. Een washok en toilet bevinden zich in dezelfde ruimte, en het pand heeft een traditionele houtkachel-sauna, een geliefde eigenschap van Finse huisjes. Een bijgebouw van 10 m² biedt extra slaapruimte met een tweepersoonsbed van 160 cm breed.
Buitenruimtes
Een overdekt terras biedt een beschutte plek om te ontspannen en van de frisse zeelucht te genieten. Een gasgrill staat ter beschikking voor buitenkoken en dineren met uitzicht op de kust. Het huisje ligt slechts 30 m van de zee; aanlegtrappen leiden rechtstreeks naar het water. De zeebodem is modderig en wordt snel dieper, dus voorzichtigheid is geboden bij het betreden van het water. Een roeiboot is beschikbaar voor gasten om de kalme wateren van de Zee Eteläselkä te verkennen. Een hottub kan tegen meerprijs worden geboekt; gasten zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor het vullen, verwarmen en schoonmaken ervan.

Beschrijving
15 km to the north from Rauma, river Eurajoki 20 m, pier, 2 kayaks, sup-board, pier, swimming ladder. The river deepens sharply right from the shore, you can swim from the pier by ladder or from the side of the pier. The river is several meters deep in the middle and in the summer there can be some flow (depending on rainfall).

This destination consists of two buildings.
Main building 190 m²: On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms: 180 cm wide motor bed in the master bedroom (beds can be separated if necessary), in the second bedroom a 160 cm wide double bed and in the third two single beds.
Kitchen, separate WC, there is an instant ready electric sauna stove in the sauna and a bath-/hydro massage bath in the washroom.
On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms with two separate beds each, separate WC, living area. In alcove 2 beds, laver to be spread and mattress. Upstairs there is a glazed balcony with infrared heaters.
Covered terrace and gas grill in front of the main building. There is an outdoor jacuzzi for 8 people on the terrace that can be booked for an additional fee (the customer agrees on the reservation and payment with the owner, price starting from 200 e/weekend).
Log-built sauna building 25 m²: wood-heated sauna, TV lounge, 140 wide sofa bed and 2 mattresses, sleeping loft with 120 cm wide bed, separate WC, fridge, dishwasher.
