You can rent Karoliina separately or, if you wish, rent the entire villa—including all three apartments—for Christmas, New Year’s, or Midsummer.

Additionally, there is an outbuilding with a rentable event space that can accommodate up to 50 people during the summer. In winter, a smaller heated section of the event space is available for rent for smaller gatherings. The use of the event space must be agreed upon separately with the owner, and the rental fee is paid directly to them.
The main building is situated 45 meters from the shore of Lake Jämijärvi, with a gently sloping sandy beach. There is also a beach volleyball court near the water. The main building is a wooden structure built in 1952. The entrance floor features a spacious kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a WC. The upstairs hall includes a sofa bed that can be used as a 120x190 cm bed for one person. One upstairs bedroom contains three single beds, a 120x190 cm sofa bed, and another sofa bed that extends to a 160x200 cm bed. The second upstairs bedroom has three single beds.

By the shore, there is a separate wood-heated lakeside sauna. In the summer, cold water is available from a tap, and it is drinkable. Water can be heated in a stove-attached water tank when needed. In winter, water must be carried from the lake or the main building. The lakeside sauna includes a living room with electricity, a fireplace, a refrigerator, and an electric stove. The room also has two double beds and a sofa bed that can be used as alternative sleeping places during summer, though they are not included in the official bed count. The lakeside sauna is not heated in winter, but the owner can preheat it upon request.
If you wish to have the lakeside sauna preheated, please request this when arranging key collection. However, please note that even with heating, the living room may not reach standard room temperatures during winter.

Praktische informatie

Tijdens de winter moet water voor de houtkachel-sauna met emmers worden gehaald uit een bron op ongeveer 20 meter afstand. You can rent Pauliina separately or, if you wish, rent the entire villa - including all three apartments - for Christmas, New Year’s, or Midsummer.
The other apartments are Kilpolan Orvokki (property number 17354) and Kilpolan Karoliina (17356).

De slaapkamers op de begane grond beschikken elk over 2 bedden; de tweede slaapkamer heeft ook 1 matraspad en de bedden in deze kamer kunnen op voorhand uit elkaar worden geplaatst. Een wasruimte en een groot open terras completeren het hoofdgebouw.
Buitenruimtes
Het meer Mertiöjärvi strekt zich uit over ongeveer 1 km lengte en 1,5 km breedte en biedt directe toegang tot het water met zowel ondiepe als diepe oevers met een zandige, zachte modderige bodem. Zwemmen is bijzonder aangenaam vanaf het einde van de privésteiger; gasten hebben toegang tot een privéboot en 2 kano's voor verkenning van het kalme water. Het grote open terras nodigt uit tot ontspanning en buitendinen met uitzicht op het omringende bos en de lakeside scenerie. Een apart saunagebouw van 25 m² staat op het terrein en bevat een ruimte met open haard, een wasruimte, een douche en zowel een elektrische als een houtkachel, wat een warme en gezellige ruimte creëert.
Praktische informatie
Wi-Fi is beschikbaar. Het saunagebouw is volledig uitgerust met elektriciteit, douche en keuze tussen een elektrische en houtkachel. Een met hout verwarmde hottub met capaciteit voor 8 personen kan rechtstreeks bij de eigenaar worden gehuurd op weekendbasis of wekelijks; gasten zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor het vullen en verwarmen van de hottub volgens de instructies van de eigenaar.

A large log villa consisting of three apartments, located in the Mielahti holiday village.
The spacious 78 m² Orvokki apartment is situated in the middle, with the 66 m² Karoliina and Pauliina apartments on either side. Renting the entire Kilpola villa is ideal for groups of up to 15 people or three smaller groups or families, each with up to five members. The apartments can be connected via adjoining doors in the upstairs sleeping alcoves.
Kilpola, as a whole, is available for rent during Christmas, New Year’s, and Midsummer. At other times, the apartments can be rented individually: 17354 Kilpolan Orvokki, 17355 Kilpolan Pauliina, and 17356 Kilpolan Karoliina. Planed log villa built in 2007-2008 (100 m²), with a separate wood-heated lakeside sauna. Situated approx. 270 km to the northwest from Helsinki, 22 km from Pori, in Onnenkoski, on the tranquil lake Haapijärvi.
There are a total of 4 villas on the shores of lake Haapijärvi (other properties 16679, 16695 & 16696), and they are all similar, with possible minor differences in equipment. However, the villas are situated so that each has its own beach and private yard.
On the ground floor of the main building, there is a large open-plan living room/kitchen area with a high ceiling. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is plenty of space for a larger group to dine together. Two bedrooms, each with two beds (size 80 x 200 cm). In addition, there is an electric sauna and a bathroom with WC.
The upper floor has a low but spacious loft with three beds at each end (a total of 6 beds, size 80 x 200 cm each). Please note that the villa is rented for a maximum of 8 people.
There is a separate entrance with a vestibule. Access to the terrace from the living room/kitchen. The terrace has an L-shaped design and is entirely under a roof. On the terrace, you can find a dining area and a gas grill.
On the beach, there is a separate sauna building with a wood-heated sauna stove, a washing room, a living area, and a loft. Terrace facing the lake. If needed, you can sleep in the loft of the sauna building (note the steep ladder). The living area has a sink and a workspace.
The plot is coniferous forest terrain sloping gently towards the lake. The bottom of the lake near the shore is sandy and shallow, becoming softer farther out. There is a small pier with a swim ladder.
