The villa and its large yard are filled with activities for guests of all ages and group sizes. You’ll have access to a billiards table, a wrestling room, a hydro massage bath outdoors, a cozy karaoke bar, a wood-heated sauna in a separate building, a well-equipped gym, an unheated swimming pool, and a multi-purpose sports court for small games. For those who enjoy the outdoors, there are two inviting campfire sites – one located in a lean-to shelter – as well as a covered barbecue area next to the hydro massage bath. This villa is ideal for holidays, celebrations, or relaxed weekends with friends.
The middle floor of the villa features a spacious living room/kitchen, two bedrooms each with a double bed, and a separate WC. The upper floor includes a bedroom with two bunk beds and a hall area with a projector and screen, plus a separate WC. Cozy and warmly decorated wooden apartment near the center of Rauma and the Old Rauma. This property is ideal for a few days' stay or a longer visit. Services and attractions are close by, and you can prepare meals in the comfortable apartment according to your own schedule.

There is also a desk in the living room, along with a sleeping area separated by a slatted wall, which has a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. The sofa includes an additional bed for one, measuring 70 x 190 cm.
Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The price includes bed linens for the double bed. Bed linens for the sofa bed are also included, but the renter will need to make it up himself/herself if necessary.
