The love for art permeates every corner of the property, from the magnificent entrance hall fresco — a scale reproduction of a panel from the celebrated "Legend of the True Cross" cycle by Piero della Francesca — to the hand-painted doors of the main villa, each uniquely decorated by local artists with reproductions of famous Italian and European masterpieces. The property is set within a splendid 6-hectare estate that includes a vineyard, a beautiful olive grove, and a small orchard, while the fenced garden of approximately 7,000 square metres is home to centuries-old holm oaks, manicured lawns, rose gardens, rosemary bushes, and a variety of shaded relaxation areas. A stone-paved area between the pool zone and the entrance to the kitchen and living room features a beautiful pergola adorned with fragrant climbing jasmine, set up with tables, chairs, and a mobile barbecue, making it an ideal spot for alfresco dining and convivial gatherings. A second dining area is located at the side of the main entrance, where a long table positioned beneath the shade of centuries-old holm oaks invites guests to enjoy leisurely outdoor meals in a setting of timeless natural beauty. The non-heated swimming pool, open all year round, measures 25 by 5 metres with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2 metres, and is entirely lined in tiles with edges in local white travertine. It features an infinity side, salt purification, internal lights, and 2 metal access ladders. The 200-square-metre solarium area surrounding the pool is generously equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs, tables, and gazebos. For stays of a minimum of 7 nights, 6 hours of mid-stay cleaning are also included. The property operates a Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival; instead, EuropAssistance coverage is provided in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided. Agriturismo Le Calle is located in the heart of the Maremma about 9 km from Cinigiano and Paganico, and is the ideal place for those seeking relaxation in the hills, and for those who want their children to have an unforgettable experience in contact with nature and the farm animals, such as sheep, the friendly donkeys from Amiata, the Cinta Senese pigs and the Maremma cows.
The farm consists of about 80 hectares and produces excellent Montecucco D.O.C. wines, extra virgin olive oil, Cinta Senese cold cuts, honey, cereals and legumes, with which the owners Riccardo and Savina will be happy to tempt you.
You can take a dip in the sea with wonderful trips, even daily, to the seaside resorts on the golden Tyrrhenian coast. Castiglione della Pescaia, Marina di Grosseto and Marina di Alberese are about 50 km away and can be reached in just over 30 minutes by car.
The Agriturismo Le Calle is composed of 4 holiday apartments, 3 of which are in the farm centre, (Carola, Olinto and Bandiera) and the CASETTA LE CALLE which is 2 km away, reachable by an unpaved road, not advisable for sports cars. Casetta Le Calle is particularly recommended for those who wish to maintain their privacy, where a breathtaking 360° panorama awaits you around the house. Green and gentle hills, which in every season and in every moment of the day will give you unforgettable images and colours.
Adjacent to the farmhouse, where the owner's house is also located, you will find the swimming pool (size 6x12 m - depth 1,20 - 1,70 m - open from 01st May to 15 October), the laundry room, a bathroom with shower, and the park with children's playground.
Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
During the months of July and August during your stay the owner will organise a trip in an AGRIBUS, a tractor-drawn trailer for transporting people, a modern version of an ox-drawn cart, and will take you around the farm to admire the beautiful landscape of the Maremma. A family experience you won't forget.
After the trip, all participants will be offered a tasting dinner with the farm's products (included in the price for bookings of at least one week), evenings in company and joy shared with other guests and the owner's family that will remain in your fondest memories.

The Agriturismo Bevignano, at the centre of a thriving farm with 70 hectares of woodland and 1,200 silver olive trees, has ancient origins. They date back to 1600 when there was a monastery here, and you can still admire an ancient little church inside the property. This ancient village, located on the border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, nestled in the wooded hills north of Monte San Savino, still retains its architectural features that make it a place full of charm and history. You will feel as if catapulted into another century, in contact with nature and the simplicity of country life.
The town of Monte San Savino with its shops, supermarkets and services of all kinds is about 10 km away. The town also offers typical restaurants where you can enjoy the famous Chianina beef, Tuscan red wines and also excellent pizzas.
The property is divided into two stone buildings, which in turn are divided into four independent apartments. Casa Vana and Casa Linda and the house where the owners live are in the first farmhouse, and Casa Ghigo and Casa Gesuina are in the second farmhouse. Each apartment has an independent entrance and will have a private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs for your outdoor meals.
The owners, after a careful study of the origins and traditions of the place, have decided to keep the original core of the hamlet unaltered, enriching it with sober and essential finishes and furnishings, which will give you the opportunity to experience a holiday in contact with nature and the country lifestyle, together with the comforts of modern life.
The Agriturismo is located in an extremely scenic area, the view you will enjoy from your windows will remain etched in your memories for many years to come. In the farm's woods and olive groves it will be fantastic to take long, relaxing walks; if you love trekking, this is absolutely the place for you.
At your disposal, on hot summer days, is the large swimming pool (size 7x14 m. - depth 1.00-2.50 m. - open from 01 May to 30 September). Het bestaat uit een hoofdhuis en een bijgebouw op een volledig omheind terrein van 2.000 m² met bomen en open weiland. Het meest bijzondere kenmerk van het landgoed is de aanwezigheid van een gewijde kerk op het terrein, wat het een zeldzaam historisch en spiritueel karakter geeft. Het landgoed is geschikt voor evenementen en kookworkshops, die op aanvraag kunnen worden geboekt.

Het zwembad meet 12 x 6 meter met een diepte van 140 tot 220 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 2 oktober; een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt. Het volledig omheinde terrein van 2.000 m² omvat volwassen bomen en een ruim weiland. Een schaduwrijke pergola biedt een koele plek tijdens warmere uren, terwijl tuinmeubilair en een barbecueplaats ideale plekken zijn voor buitendinen. Het landgoed ligt slechts 3 kilometer van het centrum van Bucine en produceert eigen olijfolie en DOCG Chianti-wijn; gasten kunnen deelnemen aan de druiven- en olijfoogsten in respectievelijk september en november. Het terrein wordt omgeven door bomen en open velden, wat een rustige en afgelegen sfeer creëert die verbonden is met het ritme van het plattelandsleven in Italië.

If you decide to spend your vacation at Fattoria Le Chianacce you will find yourself immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, between Arezzo and Siena, overlooking the Valdichiana hills that mark the border between the two provinces.
Le Chianacce farm was founded in the last century and was aimed at raising the prized beef and pork that has always been produced in this area. The owner wanted to recover a part of it, leaving it completely identical to the original construction and equipping it with simple and essential furnishings, which will bring you back to the warm atmospheres of times gone by.
Near the farm you will find the small village of Farneta with the eponymous Abbey of Romanesque origin, which is definitely worth a visit. Because of its strategic location, from the house you can easily reach all the most important art cities and tourist resorts of central Italy.
Only 7 km away you will find the characteristic town of Foiano della Chiana, with its red brick buildings, perched on a green hillock. In Foiano there are all the necessary services, restaurants and trattorias where you can enjoy typical dishes and local wines, supermarkets, stores, pharmacies. If you love shopping, a few kilometers away, you will also find the Valdichiana Village.
The Farm has six apartments, four of which are available to guests, and two inhabited by the owners. Deze middeleeuwse boerderij staat in het hart van de Crete Sienese nabij het middeleeuwse dorpje Asciano. Dit gebied dat zich ten zuid oosten van Siena uitstrekt is wellicht het meest ongerepte stukje van Toscane. De Crete (klei) Sienese kenmerkt zich als een maanlandschap van kale, opeenvolgende klei heuvels met fascinerende uitzichten. Iets meer naar het zuiden worden glooiende, gouden heuvels bedekt met granen weer afgewisseld door wijn/olijfgaarden en bossen.
Agriturismo Il Molinello is van oorsprong een oude molen die dateert uit de middeleeuwen. Deze omgeving is bekend om de winning van travertin (kalksteen) dat in de tijd van de Etrusken al werd gebruikt voor de bouw van graven. Een van deze Etruskische graven bevindt zich bij het landgoed en kan op verzoek worden bezocht.
Agriturismo Il Molinello is een biologisch landbouw bedrijf dat groente, fruit, olijfolie en truffels produceert. Het is een echt familie bedrijf dat gerund wordt door het jonge echtpaar Elisa en Alessandro en hun ouders die allen in het grote landhuis wonen. In totaal zijn er 5 vakantie appartementen; 2 in het grote landhuis en 3 in de cottage op he landgoed. Alle appartementen zijn gerenoveerd en hebben een Toscaanse inrichting.
Het landgoed heeft een grote tuin met zwembad en een aantal speeltoestellen voor jonge kinderen. Er is veel ruimte voor kinderen om te spelen/rennen en tevens zijn er volop zitmogelijkheden voor de gasten in de tuin. De eigenaars hebben 2 lieve honden (labrador) en en gasten mogen ook hun hond meebrengen (vooraf aangeven).
Deze mooie omgeving leent zich uitstekend voor het maken van fietstochten. Alessandro, zelf een fietsliefhebber organiseert op verzoek fietstochten.
In het wijnproeflokaal van de boerderij wordt er voor de gasten ook wijnproeverijen georganiseerd (afhankelijk van het seizoen). Alessandro die sommalier is kan u alles vertellen over de verschillende lokale wijnen. Op verzoek worden er ook wijntours georganiseerd.

Het pand is gebouwd in 2006 en ligt op een werkende boerderij omgeven door uitgestrekte velden, met een zonnige ligging en panoramisch uitzicht op Cortona en het glooiende Toscaanse landschap. De gasten hebben toegang tot een gedeelde tuin die bijdraagt aan het gevoel van ruimte en rust. De eigenaar woont eveneens op het terrein.

De gedeelde tuin biedt een ruim en sereen omgeving met panoramisch uitzicht over de heuvels naar Cortona. It is the ideal place if you wish to spend a relaxing holiday in the midst of the Valdichiana countryside, which offers an infinity of gentle, variable landscapes, and at the same time visit Tuscany and neighbouring Umbria.
You will find the farm at the foot of the rugged hill where the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona rises majestically and will instantly win you over with its old-world atmosphere. In Cortona you can stroll around, enjoy splendid views and visit countless ancient churches, museums and works of art. Don't forget to taste the local cuisine in the typical restaurants in the centre - you won't regret it!
A skilful and careful renovation, carried out with painstaking patience directly by the owner, and a decor in authentic period furniture give the houses a very special charm. You will feel welcomed in a very homely atmosphere that will make you feel at home from the very first moment.
Apartments Sofya and Selene are located in the same building and can be especially recommended for 2 families travelling together. La Gabola, La Gabolina and La Turata, on the other hand, are individual and independent houses, perfect for those who like a little extra privacy.
All around the farm a large green space where each house has its own private corner with a gazebo equipped with table and chairs. This will be your favourite place on warm summer evenings, chatting with friends and a good bottle of red wine.
