In a few minutes by car you can reach the beautiful villages of Montefollonico (10 km) and Montepulciano (12 km), which are well worth a visit and a stop, where you can taste the typical dishes and above all the prestigious and renowned wines of the area such as the 'Nobile di Montepulciano'.
Villa Scianellone is surrounded by lush, silvery olive groves, vineyards and meadows that are part of the property. Located just a few metres from the kitchen and adjacent to the stone paving that leads to the swimming pool, this al fresco dining space is perfectly suited for long, convivial meals in the open air. One of the ground floor bedrooms opens directly onto a pergola facing the pool, where an outdoor sitting area invites guests to enjoy relaxing aperitifs with the Tuscan hills as a magnificent backdrop. The property is accessed via a wooden pedestrian gate with manual opening, and the 4-car open-air parking area is situated just outside the property boundary. If you decide to spend your holiday at Villa Leopoldina, you can stay in a historic building, a splendid example of a typical Tuscan house designed in the 18th century by the architects of Grand Duke Leopold of Lorraine, with the characteristic four overlapping arches on the façade. In front of the villa you will find the private garden and on the right-hand side the beautiful swimming pool (size 12x5 m, depth 1.40 m, completely enclosed - open from 01st May to 30th September). From here, every day, you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view over the city of Arezzo and its valleys, a view that becomes even more suggestive at night with the thousands of tiny lights that seem to chase each other. You will reach the centre of Arezzo in less than 10 minutes by car and here you will find all the necessary amenities and services, as well as museums, magnificent churches, cathedrals and monuments to visit.
One of the villa's bonuses is certainly its location. It is located within the Pomaio winery, a renowned winery that produces its excellent wines following the rules of eco-sustainability. For stays of a minimum of 7 nights, 6 hours of mid-stay cleaning are also included. The property operates a Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival; instead, EuropAssistance coverage is provided in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided. Parking is available on the property grounds, with a 5-car uncovered parking area located inside the fence and an additional 5 uncovered spaces situated outside the gate, both within the property grounds. Agriturismo La Greppia is an old 17th-century farmhouse in typical Tuscan style. You will find it in the heart of the upper Arno Valley, on the slopes of the Pratomagno massif, surrounded by splendid olive groves overlooking one of the most beautiful and greenest valleys in Tuscany.
The three apartments retain clear traces of their origins, the exposed stone, the terracotta and wooden floors and the majestic beams, which will take you back in time, to the discovery of the region's rural customs. The furnishings, in typical rustic Tuscan style, make an important contribution to creating a charming and evocative atmosphere.
Inside the property there is a fourth apartment at the disposal of the owner and his guests.
Outside, you can benefit from a solarium equipped with garden furniture and umbrellas, and from an evocative, large swimming pool (size 15x6 m, depth 0.90-2.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) suspended over the panorama, from where you can be lulled by the enchanting landscape of the Tuscan hills.
The relative proximity to the exits of the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway (Km. 15 at Valdarno or Incisa exits) will allow you, when you do not prefer to relax by the pool, to reach Firenze and the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany and central Italy in just a few minutes.
Tuscany is full not only of famous cities with monuments, churches and museums to visit, but also of small villages that look like jewels set on its gentle hills. Small clusters, more or less known, in the middle of the countryside or the green woods, where you can discover the region, the most authentic one.

Vanuit dit huis geniet men van een panoramisch uitzicht over de omliggende wijngaarden en olijfgaarden en naar de stad San Gimignano op de achtergrond. Het landgoed heeft 2 gerestaureerde boerenhuizen, een hoofdverblijf dat af en toe wordt bewoond door de eigenaren, en een mooi gemeenschappelijk zwembad ( ca. 100 m. van de appartementen Vittoriana 1, 2 en 150 m. van Vittoriana 3).
Alle appartementen zijn mooi gemeubileerd in een rustieke stijl en hebben een gemeubileerde privé buitenruimte en een gemeenschappelijke barbecue.
De toegang naar de huizen gaat over een onverharde, maar goed onderhouden weg ( ca. 2 km) geschikt voor alle auto’s.
