Antico Mulino is een prachtig gerestaureerd 17de-eeuws monument in Loro Ciuffenna in het hart van de Toscaanse landschap, gelegen aan een rivier met waterval en omgeven door adembenemende natuurlijke omgeving. Het vakantiehuis dankt zijn naam aan de historische molen die het ooit was, en elk detail van de accommodatie weerspiegelt het rijke architectonische erfgoed ervan. De accommodatie bestaat uit 3 appartementen, allemaal beheerd door de eigenaren. Het vakantiehuis beschikt over een overdekt verwarmingszwembad van 30 vierkante meter met een onconventionele vorm, bereikbaar via een interne trap en met uitzicht op het molenwiel.

From the kitchen, through a door and up 4 steps then down 4 steps, guests reach the laundry area, which includes a wood oven, a bathroom with shower, and the staircase leading to the caretaker's private quarters. Ascending 21 steps to the first floor, a small landing leads through 2 doors to the 2 wings of this level. The right wing contains a study, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom featuring both shower and tub, 3 further double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower and tub. Antica Villa Merelli is rented exclusively as a whole property, meaning that when booked in this configuration, no other guests will be present on site. Within the property lives a caretaker, a very discreet individual who remains available to assist with any needs that may arise during your stay. The rental price includes utilities such as water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, electricity, and heating, as well as weekly linen changes and initial and final cleaning. For stays of a minimum of 7 nights, 6 hours of mid-stay cleaning are also included. The property operates a Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival; instead, EuropAssistance coverage is provided in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided. Parking is available on the property grounds, with a 5-car uncovered parking area located inside the fence and an additional 5 uncovered spaces situated outside the gate, both within the property grounds. Guests are kindly requested to follow the waste disposal rules provided at check-in. Dogs and other pets are welcome at the property, subject to the conditions outlined in the costs section.

Beschrijving
Prachtig vrijstaand huis met privé zwembad gelegen in de buurt van San Casciano dei Bagni, bekend vanwege de thermale baden, op korte afstand van de schitterende Orcia vallei. De restauratie heeft het huis gemaakt tot een gezellig landhuis met een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei. De tuin die om het huis ligt is ong. 3000 m2 met een mooi privé zwembad en een bijgebouw dat samen met de villa verhuurd wordt. Het huis is smaakvol ingericht en is zeer comfortabel: eigen badkamer voor elke slaapkamer, horren in de ramen, airconditioning in alle kamers, computer voor internetverbinding en grote veranda’s waar men buiten kan eten. De villa ligt op slechts 150 meter van de bekende thermale baden “Fonte Verde“, waar de gasten, van maandag tot zaterdag, toegang hebben met een korting van 25% en gebruik kunnen maken van de zwembaden met warm water 38° graden, beautycentrum (met tevens massages), schoonheidsbehandelingen enz.
Om het huis liggen beekjes met warm water afkomstig uit de warme thermale bronnen, een ligt er zelfs in de tuin van het huis (niet toegankelijk).
In een straal van 50 - 100 km vanaf het huis liggen de belangrijkste historische centra van de Orcia vallei zoals Pienza, Montalcino, San Quirico d’Orcia, Contignano, Bagno Vignoni, Radicofani en het territorium van de beroemde “Crete Senesi” dat loopt van de grens van de provincies Siena en Arezzo tot aan de Monte Amiata (1738 meter bzn).
