Residence "I Bufalini" is een voormalig 17de-eeuws gebouw dat in 2010 volledig werd gerenoveerd en zich in het hart van Florence bevindt. Het pand ligt in het prestigieuze Duomo-district, op het snijpunt van enkele van de meest iconische Renaissance-monumenten van de wereld. De residence beschikt over een lift voor gemakkelijke toegang in het gebouw en is gelegen in een zone met beperkt verkeer, wat de rust en authenticiteit van deze bijzondere buurt bewaart. Aanvullende accommodaties binnen de residence kunnen op aanvraag worden geboekt voor groepen of families.

De residence is een historisch stadsgebouw in het hart van het Duomo-district van Florence. De omliggende straten en pleinen vormen een natuurlijke verlengde van de leefomgeving; de zone met beperkt verkeer zorgt voor een rustige en voetgangersvriendelijke sfeer direct voor de deur.
Praktische informatie
Verwarming is beschikbaar van 1 november tot 7 april; airconditioning werkt van 1 juni tot 30 september. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar. Een openbare parkeerplaats bevindt zich op 250 m van de residence en is beschikbaar tegen meerprijs. Het pand ligt in een zone met beperkt verkeer, waar privévoertuigen niet zijn toegestaan. Voor gasten in de units IT5270.546.2 en IT5270.546.3 is een was- en droogmachine beschikbaar in de gemeenschappelijke ingang op de derde verdieping. Een winkel en een supermarkt bevinden zich beide op 50 m van de residence.

Residence Palazzo dei Ciompi is een vakantiecomplex gelegen in het hart van Florence, op de levendige Piazza dei Ciompi in de wijk Sant'Ambrogio. Het complex bestaat uit 33 appartementen met diverse accommodatiemogelijkheden. De gasten beschikken over een receptie en een lift in het gebouw. Het complex bevindt zich in een buurtachtige omgeving waar de levendige markt van Sant'Ambrogio direct voor de deur ligt en een authentieke Florentijnse ervaring biedt met vers lokaal aanbod en ambachtelijke producten.

You won't be able to give up a dip in the pool, a barbecue on the cool furnished porch or an afternoon in the Jacuzzi with a good glass of wine. Also your small size four-legged friends are welcome here (extra charge could be required).
3 km away from the villa is the small village of Subbiano, where you will find shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Absolutely not to be missed, on hot summer days, is a trip to the nearby Park of the Casentino Forests, among ancient castles and remote monasteries, which will give you moments of true wonder.
The villa Casale Lorenzo is luxuriously equipped with air-conditioning, a billiard room, a large, well-equipped kitchen and an indoor barbecue. A décor composed of local antiques offers countless nooks and crannies for you to relax while reading your favourite book. For you and your children, there is an infinite, safe green space and a billiard table where you can play tournaments and games.

You will find La Casina del Bosco in an extremely panoramic position, nestled among silver olive trees in the beautiful, green Alpe di Catenaia. The little house is located not far from the mountain pass that joins the two valleys of Casentino and Valtiberina and will allow you easy day trips in both valleys, in search of monasteries and castles and small, ancient villages carved in stone and unknown to most people. The splendid view that you will see every morning from your windows overlooks the surrounding luxuriant woods, thickets of ancient chestnut and oak trees, where wildlife still reigns supreme. All this makes the place extremely peaceful and almost enchanted.
The house is reached by a small unpaved road (approx. 2 km), which we do not recommend taking with sports cars. About 8 km away is Subbiano, an industrious village with supermarkets, restaurants and shops of all kinds, whose origins can be traced back to Roman times. In the small village of Falciano, just 3 km away, there is a typical Tuscan restaurant where you can enjoy pasta, meat and traditional dishes that we are sure you will not easily forget.
18 km away is the ancient city of Arezzo, to which we recommend you dedicate at least one day, strolling through its paved alleys and beautiful squares.
The little house that you will rent is the result of a recent restoration, built with ancient local stone but above all a depository of very distant origins, it was in fact once used by shepherds who stopped there during the transhumance.
For your days of complete relaxation, there is a panoramic swimming pool surrounded by olive trees ( size m. 6 x 2.70, depth m. 1.30 - open from 01st May to 30th September), a hydro-massage tub (5 seats, size m. 2.20 x 2.20 - available with extra charge), a pergola furnished with table and chairs to enjoy your meals in the open air, a barbecue and a fully equipped garden. The outdoor area (approx. 1200 sqm) is fully fenced and your small four-legged friends are very welcome. You will find the house decorated with antique furniture that perfectly matches its features, giving it a cosy and warm atmosphere.
