Het agriturismo "Campiglia" ligt in het hart van het Toscaanse platteland, in Tavarnelle Val Di Pesa in Italië, omgeven door rollende velden en wijngaarden. Het landgoed omvat 6 individueel ingerichte appartementen die het authentieke karakter van de regio weerspiegelen. Het terrein van 20 hectare biedt een verheven, zonnige ligging met panoramisch uitzicht over het Toscaanse landschap. De eigenaar woont op het terrein en zorgt voor een gastvrije en attente sfeer.
Buitenruimtes
Het zwembad meet 17 x 7 meter met een diepte van 110 tot 140 cm en is beschikbaar van 25 april tot 31 oktober; het is omheind voor de veiligheid van gasten. De tuin beschikt over weelderig groen, volwassen bomen en een ruim gazon dat uitnodigt tot zonnebaden en ontspanning. Een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt van het zwembad. The walk to the imposing elliptical walls of the small town is one of the things that our customers always tell us with enthusiasm. The olive trees, the small road on the hill that goes up and once in the village the characteristic cafés among the paved alleys, where you can always taste an ice cream or a glass of good Tuscan wine.
Casa Felice is the ideal place for families and groups of friends. In the large garden shaded by a huge centuries-old oak and olive trees there are the swimming pool (size 9x4 m. - depth 1,50 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September) the barbecue, tables, chairs and umbrellas. They date back to 1600 when there was a monastery here, and you can still admire an ancient little church inside the property. This ancient village, located on the border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, nestled in the wooded hills north of Monte San Savino, still retains its architectural features that make it a place full of charm and history. You will feel as if catapulted into another century, in contact with nature and the simplicity of country life.
The town of Monte San Savino with its shops, supermarkets and services of all kinds is about 10 km away. The town also offers typical restaurants where you can enjoy the famous Chianina beef, Tuscan red wines and also excellent pizzas.
The property is divided into two stone buildings, which in turn are divided into four independent apartments. Casa Vana and Casa Linda and the house where the owners live are in the first farmhouse, and Casa Ghigo and Casa Gesuina are in the second farmhouse. Each apartment has an independent entrance and will have a private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs for your outdoor meals.

De villa is onderverdeeld in een hoofdgebouw en een aparte dependance, beide zorgvuldig gerestaureerd met behoud van de originele buitenmuren van natuursteen en verfijnde luxe inrichtingen in het interieur. De huurprijs omvat eindschoonmaak, dagelijkse schoonmaakservice, wekelijks beddengoed en tweemaal per week handdoeken. Toeristenbelasting kan van toepassing zijn indien door de lokale autoriteiten gevraagd. De minimale huurperiode bedraagt 1 week met zaterdag als wisseldag. Buitenruimtes
De buitenruimtes van Villa del Fattore bieden een uitnodigende omgeving om te ontspannen en van het Toscaanse landschap te genieten. De privétuin beschikt over een overdekt terras met een buitenkeuken, ideaal voor eten en entertainment buiten. Ligbedden en parasols zijn gerangschikt rond het nieuw gebouwde zwembad, dat 4 x 8 meter meet en uitsluitend ter beschikking staat van gasten van de villa. Het zwembadgebied is ontworpen om zowel comfort als privacy te bieden, zodat gasten in volledige afzondering kunnen ontspannen terwijl zij genieten van het uitzicht op de omliggende wijngaarden en olijfboomgaarden. De hoge haagschermen die de buitenruimtes begrenzen, zorgen ervoor dat elke villa op het landgoed een volledig privé buitenomgeving heeft.

Gunstig gelegen 9 km van Greve In Chianti (Italië), in de streek "Chianti" en slechts 35 km van Florence. Vakantiewoning Villa Le Corti is een mooie stenen woning met air conditioning, privé zwembad en WiFi internet. De woning is comfortabel geschikt voor max. 12 personen in zes slaapkamers en vijf badkamers.

Zodra u aankomt te Villa Le Corti vindt u een fijne, schone en goed onderhouden woning perfect voor een ontspannen vakantie in Toscane. Voor uw vermaak vindt u een privé zwembad waar u kunt ontspannen terwijl u geniet van een heerlijk koel drankje na een hectische dag musea bezoeken. Ook zijn er buiten beschikbaar een terras, barbecue en tennisbaan. Dineren met vrienden en familie is een grote onderdeel van de Toscaanse cultuur.
