"Il Frutteto" is een vakantiehuis gelegen in het hart van Toscane, verscholen tussen bomen en open weiden in het pittoreske dorp Montescudaio. Het pand ligt slechts 1 km van het dorpscentrum en bevindt zich op een natuurlijk landgoed van ongeveer 1 hectare, waar weelderige begroeiing en ongerepte platteland een serene en besloten sfeer creëren. Het huis wordt bereikt via een korte onverharde weg van ongeveer 20 meter, die rechtstreeks naar het pand leidt waar parkeerplaatsen ter plaatse beschikbaar zijn. Het omliggende landschap biedt ruimte voor wandelingen en buitenactiviteiten binnen het privédomein zelf.
Buitenruimtes
Het buitenterrein van "Il Frutteto" strekt zich uit over een volle hectare natuurlijk onderhouden grond met volwassen bomen en open weiden die schaduw en volledige afzondering bieden. Deze ongerepte omgeving nodigt uit tot ontspanning in de open lucht en biedt gasten de gelegenheid het authentieke landelijke karakter van het Toscaanse platteland te ervaren.
Praktische informatie
Wi-Fi is beschikbaar in het gehele pand. De eerste verdieping is gesloten en wordt niet gebruikt tijdens het verblijf. Gasten dienen zich ervan bewust te zijn dat de toegang tot het huis vereist dat zij ongeveer 20 meter over een onverharde weg reizen voordat zij het pand bereiken.
Afstanden en bezienswaardigheden
Een winkel en een bakkerij bevinden zich op ongeveer 750 meter van het pand; een restaurant is bereikbaar binnen 500 meter. De dichtstbijzijnde bushalte "Montescudaio" ligt op 500 meter van het huis. Een winkelcentrum bevindt zich op 7 km afstand en een supermarkt is bereikbaar binnen 13 km. Het centrum van Cecina ligt op 8,5 km.
Het zandstrand van "Marina di Cecina" bevindt zich op 10 km van het pand, terwijl het rotsachtige strand van "Baia del Quercetano" op 27 km ligt. De thermale baden van "Calidario" bevinden zich op 40 km van het huis.

Arcobaleno is a traditional stone house in a hilly and panoramic position with the typical rural architecture. In the past the Italian writer Vasco Pratolini lived here, and today it represent the ideal place to spend an holiday in an enchanted atmosphere, giving the feeling of having remained still in another era, at the quiet rhythms of a time that was.
The house is located on the slopes of Pratomagno, which stands out from the Arno valley and descends with wide natural terraces full of olive trees, until the road of the “Setteponti”, connecting the cities of Arezzo and Florence. The village of San Giustino Valdarno with restaurants, bars and shops is about 1 km away.
Maximum relax in the beautiful private swimming pool (mt. 10x4,5, depth mt. 1,40, completely fenced - open from 01st May to 30th September ) with solarium equipped with deckchairs, tables and sun umbrellas and in the gazebo overlooking the valley below. Where to spend relaxing days to read, eat outside or just to enjoy the landscape that is lost at a glance. Families will not fail to appreciate the children's play area and the tennis table; the little house with barbecue, wood oven and sink is ideal if you enjoy cooking and eating outdoors.
The owners Albina and Danilo, very attentive to the environment, have equipped the villa with photovoltaic panels for the production of electricity.

Villa Ca' di Vestro is located on the top of a high hill in the valley of the Arno River, reached by going up a 1.5 km road, partly unpaved and partly cemented, which is steep but can be travelled by any type of car. Once at the villa, it is like nudging the clouds, with a splendid, sweeping view over the entire Valdarno. Peace and tranquillity await you in this place, no noise other than that of uncontaminated nature. The villa also offers you the possibility of moving around quickly, thanks to the good road network on the valley, which connects the cities of Arezzo (20 km) and Florence (60 km). The nearest shops are in San Giustino Valdarno, 3 km away.
Around the villa there is a large fenced and equipped green area. Adults and children can have fun playing exciting table tennis and table football tournaments. The beautiful furnished portico will be your safe haven of tranquillity where you can enjoy a glass of local wine or an open-air dinner with typical products that you can buy from the owners. The photovoltaic panels make the villa independent from traditional energy sources and enhance its ecological address. The swimming pool, completely fenced (mt. 5x10, depth mt. 1,40 - open from 01st May to 30th September), overlooks the valley from a natural terrace.
Ca' di Vestro is part of a large farm and is surrounded by 4 hectares of beautiful olive groves where the owners have specialised in the organic production of extra virgin olive oil of high organoleptic quality, which you can taste on request.
Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
The decor of the house, consisting of period furniture, is rational and comfortable, and in its simplicity, offers a clean and neat style.
