This log-constructed villa (2023) is equipped with modern comforts. The property features a shallow, soft sandy-bottomed shoreline, a private dock, and a rowing boat. In winter, guests can enjoy ice swimming right by the villa, with an ice hole pump keeping the opening clear throughout the season.
The villa has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a pull-out bed that extends to 160 x 200 cm. Additionally, there is a spacious loft with two mattresses on the floor, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa set, a dining table and chairs, a fireplace, and a smart TV. The holiday home is located 12 km from Jämijärvi municipality center and approx. 6 km from the Outdoor Activity Center Jämi. The holiday home offers a total of 12 sleeping places. Additionally, there is an outbuilding with a rentable event space that can accommodate up to 50 people during the summer. In winter, a smaller heated section of the event space is available for rent for smaller gatherings. The use of the event space must be agreed upon separately with the owner, and the rental fee is paid directly to them.
The main building is situated 45 meters from the shore of Lake Jämijärvi, with a gently sloping sandy beach. There is also a beach volleyball court near the water. The main building is a wooden structure built in 1952. The entrance floor features a spacious kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a WC. The upstairs hall includes a sofa bed that can be used as a 120x190 cm bed for one person. One upstairs bedroom contains three single beds, a 120x190 cm sofa bed, and another sofa bed that extends to a 160x200 cm bed. The second upstairs bedroom has three single beds.
The basement has an electric sauna, a washroom with a shower and WC, a small dressing area, and a separate living area with a sofa and a refrigerator. The living area provides access to the lakeside yard of the house. The yard also includes a sandbox, swings, and a badminton court.
By the shore, there is a separate wood-heated lakeside sauna. In the summer, cold water is available from a tap, and it is drinkable. Water can be heated in a stove-attached water tank when needed. In winter, water must be carried from the lake or the main building. The lakeside sauna includes a living room with electricity, a fireplace, a refrigerator, and an electric stove. The room also has two double beds and a sofa bed that can be used as alternative sleeping places during summer, though they are not included in the official bed count. The lakeside sauna is not heated in winter, but the owner can preheat it upon request.
If you wish to have the lakeside sauna preheated, please request this when arranging key collection. However, please note that even with heating, the living room may not reach standard room temperatures during winter.

Renting the entire Kilpola villa is ideal for groups of up to 15 people or three smaller groups or families, each with up to five members. The apartments can be connected via adjoining doors in the upstairs sleeping alcoves.
Kilpola, as a whole, is available for rent during Christmas, New Year’s, and Midsummer. At other times, the apartments can be rented individually: 17354 Kilpolan Orvokki, 17355 Kilpolan Pauliina, and 17356 Kilpolan Karoliina. The wooden cabin, built in 1996, was elegantly renovated in 2022. It features a well-equipped living room/kitchen, a spacious dining room, and a living area with a sofa set and a heat-storing fireplace. The living area also has an air-source heat pump for cooling and heating.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two beds, a TV room with glass doors, and a sofa bed that can be converted into an extra bed measuring 140 x 190 cm for two people. The upper floor has a sleeping area with two beds. Additionally, there are three foldable floor mattresses upstairs which can be used as alternative sleeping options for children.
The cabin has a sauna with a wood-burning stove. The steam room also includes a shower. There is a separate toilet. A washing machine and a high chair are available in the cabin. The terrace features a wood-heated hot tub, which guests fill and heat themselves. Instructions for the hot tub are provided by the owner. The beach is deep (4 m) from the water's edge, and is therefore not suitable for non-swimmers or small children.
A separate lakeside sauna, built in 2023, is equipped with a wood-burning stove. In the summer, cold water is available via a tap. Log cabin (1995) has a living area with a dining set, TV, a heat-storing fireplace, and a sofa bed that provides extra sleeping space for two. A high-quality, thick mattress topper is available for the sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped for preparing meals.
The loft includes three beds and a sofa bed, which can accommodate one additional sleeper. A child safety gate is installed on the upper floor.
The cabin has a sauna with a wood-heated stove and a separate bathroom with a shower. There is also a separate WC. A PlayStation 3 is available for use, which can also play DVDs. An air conditioner is provided upstairs.
In the yard, there is a grill hut with a masonry wood-fired fireplace. The cabin also has a kettle grill; tenants must supply their own charcoal and lighter fluid. A hot tub is available for an additional fee depending on availability: 100 EUR for 2 days, 190 EUR for a week, or 100 EUR for 4 days from Monday to Thursday. The hot tub must be reserved separately, as it is shared between two cabins and moved as needed. Note that the hot tub is not available when the temperature drops below -20 °C.

100 km north of Tampere, a wooden cabin built in 2007, located at the tip of a peaceful peninsula. Lake Korhosjärvi is just 30 meters away, with two swimming spots on the property. In front of the cabin, there is a quickly deepening sandy beach. At the tip of the peninsula, there is a shallow, sandy beach and a pier. A rowing boat is available.
The cabin features a spacious living room/open kitchen area with a dining table for eight, a heat-storing fireplace, a sofa set, and a TV. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The loft includes two single beds and a sofa bed that converts into a 120x200 cm bed for one person. Additionally, there is a sofa bed on the ground floor that provides a 140x200 cm sleeping space for two. The maximum capacity of the cabin is eight people, even though there are beds for nine.
The utility room includes a drying cabinet and a washing machine. The sauna has a wood-burning stove, and the washroom is equipped with a shower. There is also a grill hut in the yard.
