The villa is very spacious and was very convenient for our group of 15 friends. The kitchen is well equipped (enough dishes, pans and cooking tools). The swimming pool is wonderful : large enough and equipped with deckchairs ans sunshades. You have sun all the day at the swimming pool.
There is a large terrace in the garden, where we took all our meals.

We had a wonderful holiday at Le Rondini in July 2014. The property is a classic rustic villa with a great pool and well maintained grounds. It comfortably accommodated our group of 17 in clean and tidy bedrooms, and with more than enough bathrooms to go round. The kitchen was well set up to cater for a large group and the upstairs open balcony was an excellent spot for lunch on a hot afternoon. The owner was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The location is fantastic, close to the beautiful town of Lucignano and in the middle of beautiful Tuscan countryside - but only 5 mins from a supermarket and outlet shopping at Valdichiana. We would love to return to Le Rondini and would happily recommend it to friends and family.

Property is clearly due for a major! renovation. Blinds are broken, fridge is terribly old, interior is dark and smelly. Many items in the rooms are broken and not maintained. We felt we were out camping... Location is beautiful, owner doesn't speak English but friendly.

As for the lighting, the house is bound by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and therefore it's not possible to do mayor restorations but we asked the owner to add lamps or enhance the existing ones.
Das Haus ist schön. Der Vermieter/Verwalter war aber ausgesprochen unhöflich und hat unter anderem Personenkontrollen nachts um 22.30 durchgeführt. Das Misstrauen, welches uns entgegen gebracht wurde, war absolut unerträglich. Der Vermieter muss sein Verhalten unbedingt überdenken. Wenn er ein Problem damit hat, dass junge Menschen das Haus mieten, soll er dies doch im Vornherein klar stellen - man hätte sich dann anderweitig umsehen können.

This distrust against us was absolutely unbearable. The landlord must rethink his behavior necessarily. If he has a problem with the fact that young people rent the house, he should make it clear in the outset - we would have booked elsewhere.
Le rondini kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Tolle große Küche, genügend Kühlschränke und ein super gepflegter Pool.
