For those who enjoy trekking or relaxing walks, the surrounding countryside offers countless routes through cultivated fields, olive groves, vineyards and typical rural landscapes that are also suitable for children. You will have at your disposal, for shared use, a cool enclosed garden equipped with table, chairs and barbecue and the swimming pool (size 5x10 - depth 1.40 m, completely fenced - open from 01st May to 30th September). The apartments have been simply furnished but with every comfort and are each equipped with air conditioning, private parking space and garage (35 m2 each). But worth it for the stunning views from the first-floor balcony; one of the highlights of the holiday was waking each day and being greeted with the warm sun and the balcony view. A car is essential to explore the surrounding area; however parking at the villa could be a little tricky at times, depending on the number of other vehicles there. In Marciano della Chiana we particularly enjoyed the Vivian Bar, just two minutes walk away, which we visited every day, and the Osteria La Vecchia Rota.
