Villa Isabella is een ruime en luxe villa met 2 verdiepingen, gelegen in het landelijke gebied van Campagnano di Roma, Italië. Het vrijstaande pand bestaat uit een hoofdhuis en een apart bijgebouw, omgeven door een volledig omheind privépark van 10.000 m² met open weilanden en een goed onderhouden natuurtuin. De villa ligt op een verhoogde positie die rust combineert met uitstekende bereikbaarheid van de regio. Het landgoed beschikt over een groot zwembad van 6 x 12 meter met een diepte van 100 tot 350 cm, beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 30 oktober.

Villa Iris is located on the outskirts of the village of Corchiano. You can reach the centre comfortably on foot, without having to use your car for transport. In Corchiano you will find small shops and supermarkets as well as pizzerias and typical restaurants.
The villa is located in ancient Etruscan territory, on the slopes of the Cimini mountains, where numerous Etruscan tombs were found. You can explore the area enjoying the significant archaeological finds, preserved in the Forte Sangallo museum in Civita Castellana and also in the Valle Giulia museum in Rome. The surrounding green hills are dotted with small, characteristic villages that are well worth a day trip.
Around the villa there is a large green area equipped with garden furniture at the edge of which there is a beautiful, large swimming pool (size 6x15 m, depth 0.80 m - 1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), perfect on hot summer days.
