Mooi complex uit 1800, panoramisch gelegen in het Toscaanse heuvellandschap. Op het terrein liggen het huis met een dependance, beiden zorgvuldig gerestaureerd met behoud van de oorspronkelijke architectonische stijl, de mooie terracotta vloeren en de zichtbare houten plafondbalken. In de twee huizen liggen 8 comfortabele appartementen, allen smaakvol ingericht in landelijke typisch Toscaanse stijl.
Afstanden: de dorpjes Montelopio 1 km, Fabbrica met allerlei winkels 4 km, een uitstekend restaurant waar men traditionele streekgerechten kan uitproberen ligt op ong. 800 meter, San Gimignano 30 km, Volterra 25 km, het stadje Pontedera 23 km, Pisa (vliegveld) 50 km, Florence (vliegveld) en Lucca 65 km, Livorno (zee) 50 km, Casciana Terme (met thermale baden) 25 km, Siena ong. 70 km. De kust met mooie stranden ligt op ong. 45 minuten rijden.
Ter beschikking van de gasten: mooie tuin met tuinmeubilair, groot zwembad (20 x 8 m – max. diepte 3 m), relax-hoek met hydromassage, speeltuigen voor kinderen, tafeltennis, jeu-de-boules, barbecue, fietsverhuur, eigen zitplaats buiten (gazebo) voor elk appartement. De gasten kunnen gebruik maken van een gemeenschappelijke zaal met satelliet TV. Gemeenschappelijke wasruimte met wasmachine (tegen betaling) en strijkijzer. Overdekte parkeerplaats op het terrein. Alle appartementen hebben horren in de ramen en WiFi internetverbinding (gratis).
Extra faciliteiten: babybedje op aanvraag (gratis beschikbaar) en/of een extra bed tegen € 50,- / per week of € 10,- / per dag (betaling ter plaatse). Hulp in de huishouding op aanvraag € 15,- / per uur (ter plaatse te betalen), taxi-service, massages. Huisdieren zijn toegestaan tegen een toeslag van € 30,- / per week (betaling ter plaatse).
