San Martino is a single-floor villa accommodating up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. Opposite the entrance, a corridor leads to the bedrooms, while a large and luminous open-plan living room with big windows, a kitchenette and bar area, sofas, satellite TV, and a fireplace flows into a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower. The corridor continues to a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, a twin bedroom with joinable beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a kitchen with dining area, fireplace, and direct access to the outside through a French window.
