Genesteld in het hart van de Chianti-heuvels op 500 meter boven zeeniveau, is Marangole een juweel van landelijke elegantie en een werkelijk uitzonderlijke vakantiewoning gelegen op het prestigieuze landgoed Castello di Albola in Radda in Chianti, Italië. Deze volledig gerenoveerde 18e-eeuwse residentie staat op een onafhankelijke locatie omringd door 137 hectare vruchtbaar land, waar immense garnizoenen van wijnstokken zich eindeloos over het landschap uitstrekken en het klassieke dromerige Toscaanse landschap creëren dat over de hele wereld wordt herkend. De accommodatie biedt een omheind privépark van ongeveer 3.000 vierkante meter, prachtig omlijst door struiken met kruiden en olijfbomen en versierd met geraniums, citroenen, jasmijn en een rozentuin. Het onverwarmde rechthoekige zwembad meet 6 x 12 meter, met een diepte variërend van 1,20 tot 1,60 meter, en is uitgerust met een metalen ladder, PVC-bekleding en chloorfiltratie. Een gang vanuit de keuken leidt naar een tweepersoonsslaapkamer met een ensuite badkamer met bad, een gastenbadkamer en de wasruimte. De eerste verdieping, bereikbaar via een interne trap vanuit de zitkamer, herbergt een tweepersoonsslaapkamer met een ensuite badkamer met douche, een tv-kamer die uitkomt op de gemeubileerde veranda, en een extra badkamer met douche. De tweede verdieping bevat 2 slaapkamers met twee eenpersoonsbedden die aan elkaar gekoppeld kunnen worden en een tweepersoonsslaapkamer, elk met een ensuite badkamer met douche. In a few minutes by car you can reach the beautiful villages of Montefollonico (10 km) and Montepulciano (12 km), which are well worth a visit and a stop, where you can taste the typical dishes and above all the prestigious and renowned wines of the area such as the 'Nobile di Montepulciano'.

If you decide to spend your holiday at Villa Leopoldina, you can stay in a historic building, a splendid example of a typical Tuscan house designed in the 18th century by the architects of Grand Duke Leopold of Lorraine, with the characteristic four overlapping arches on the façade. It will be a plunge into the past, when families were very numerous and these huge homes housed several generations under the same roof.
In front of the villa you will find the private garden and on the right-hand side the beautiful swimming pool (size 12x5 m, depth 1.40 m, completely enclosed - open from 01st May to 30th September). From here, every day, you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view over the city of Arezzo and its valleys, a view that becomes even more suggestive at night with the thousands of tiny lights that seem to chase each other. You will reach the centre of Arezzo in less than 10 minutes by car and here you will find all the necessary amenities and services, as well as museums, magnificent churches, cathedrals and monuments to visit.
One of the villa's bonuses is certainly its location. It is located within the Pomaio winery, a renowned winery that produces its excellent wines following the rules of eco-sustainability. Pomaio is listed as one of the 13 most beautiful Design Cellars in the Region of Tuscany for the Toscana Wine Architecture project, and this 'Green' philosophy was also followed for the renovation of the villa. In fact, thanks to the materials used, the villa has a high energy-saving rating, with positive effects both for the environment and for those who stay there in all seasons.

Agriturismo La Greppia is an old 17th-century farmhouse in typical Tuscan style. You will find it in the heart of the upper Arno Valley, on the slopes of the Pratomagno massif, surrounded by splendid olive groves overlooking one of the most beautiful and greenest valleys in Tuscany.
The three apartments retain clear traces of their origins, the exposed stone, the terracotta and wooden floors and the majestic beams, which will take you back in time, to the discovery of the region's rural customs. A stone-paved area between the pool zone and the entrance to the kitchen and living room features a beautiful pergola adorned with fragrant climbing jasmine, set up with tables, chairs, and a mobile barbecue, making it an ideal spot for alfresco dining and convivial gatherings. A second dining area is located at the side of the main entrance, where a long table positioned beneath the shade of centuries-old holm oaks invites guests to enjoy leisurely outdoor meals in a setting of timeless natural beauty.
