From the windows of the villa you can admire the imposing Castello di Civitella with its characteristic 'Torre Spaccata'. We absolutely recommend a visit to this small village, a real jewel of the Valdichiana, with its ancient cistern, panoramic square and medieval buildings.
La Quiete, in our opinion, is perfectly suited for your holidays with children, or in the company of large groups of friends. Podere Marcigliano consists of 2 newly built villas, which nevertheless reflect the architectural characteristics of the farmhouses of the past. If you decide to spend your vacation at Fattoria Le Chianacce you will find yourself immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, between Arezzo and Siena, overlooking the Valdichiana hills that mark the border between the two provinces.
Le Chianacce farm was founded in the last century and was aimed at raising the prized beef and pork that has always been produced in this area. The owner wanted to recover a part of it, leaving it completely identical to the original construction and equipping it with simple and essential furnishings, which will bring you back to the warm atmospheres of times gone by.
Near the farm you will find the small village of Farneta with the eponymous Abbey of Romanesque origin, which is definitely worth a visit. Because of its strategic location, from the house you can easily reach all the most important art cities and tourist resorts of central Italy.
Only 7 km away you will find the characteristic town of Foiano della Chiana, with its red brick buildings, perched on a green hillock. In Foiano there are all the necessary services, restaurants and trattorias where you can enjoy typical dishes and local wines, supermarkets, stores, pharmacies. If you love shopping, a few kilometers away, you will also find the Valdichiana Village.
The Farm has six apartments, four of which are available to guests, and two inhabited by the owners. At your disposal is a common room with television, laundry, bicycles, ping-pong table and outdoor space equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy the sun and beautiful summer days.
A few meters from the house, on a natural terrace, you will find the large swimming pool (size 20x8 m. - depth 1.20-1.40 m. - open from May 10 to September 20), with sunbeds, tables and umbrellas for the private use of each apartment, for your days of relaxation and water games with your children. Beschrijving
Deze middeleeuwse boerderij staat in het hart van de Crete Sienese nabij het middeleeuwse dorpje Asciano. Dit gebied dat zich ten zuid oosten van Siena uitstrekt is wellicht het meest ongerepte stukje van Toscane. De Crete (klei) Sienese kenmerkt zich als een maanlandschap van kale, opeenvolgende klei heuvels met fascinerende uitzichten. Iets meer naar het zuiden worden glooiende, gouden heuvels bedekt met granen weer afgewisseld door wijn/olijfgaarden en bossen.
Agriturismo Il Molinello is van oorsprong een oude molen die dateert uit de middeleeuwen. Deze omgeving is bekend om de winning van travertin (kalksteen) dat in de tijd van de Etrusken al werd gebruikt voor de bouw van graven. Een van deze Etruskische graven bevindt zich bij het landgoed en kan op verzoek worden bezocht.
Agriturismo Il Molinello is een biologisch landbouw bedrijf dat groente, fruit, olijfolie en truffels produceert. Het is een echt familie bedrijf dat gerund wordt door het jonge echtpaar Elisa en Alessandro en hun ouders die allen in het grote landhuis wonen. In totaal zijn er 5 vakantie appartementen; 2 in het grote landhuis en 3 in de cottage op he landgoed. Alle appartementen zijn gerenoveerd en hebben een Toscaanse inrichting.
Het landgoed heeft een grote tuin met zwembad en een aantal speeltoestellen voor jonge kinderen. Er is veel ruimte voor kinderen om te spelen/rennen en tevens zijn er volop zitmogelijkheden voor de gasten in de tuin. De eigenaars hebben 2 lieve honden (labrador) en en gasten mogen ook hun hond meebrengen (vooraf aangeven).
Deze mooie omgeving leent zich uitstekend voor het maken van fietstochten. Alessandro, zelf een fietsliefhebber organiseert op verzoek fietstochten.
In het wijnproeflokaal van de boerderij wordt er voor de gasten ook wijnproeverijen georganiseerd (afhankelijk van het seizoen). Alessandro die sommalier is kan u alles vertellen over de verschillende lokale wijnen. Op verzoek worden er ook wijntours georganiseerd.
Op een afstand van ca. 4 km bevindt zich het plaatsje Rapolano Terme waar een prachtig thermaal zwembad is. Gasten van Agriturismo Il Molinello ontvangen korting op de toegangsprijs van dit wellness centrum dat meer biedt dan alleen de thermale zwembaden. Agriturismo Il Molinello

Antiek boerenhuis met bijgebouw gelegen midden op een beroemd wijndomein waar wijn en olijfolie geproduceerd worden. Het huis is recentelijk zeer smaakvol gerestaureerd en onderverdeeld in 6 comfortabele appartementen die landelijk zijn ingericht met tevens enige antieke stukken. De ligging, tussen wijn- en olijfboomgaarden, is rustig en hoog boven de Chianti heuvels. Vanaf het huis heeft men een schitterend panoramisch uitzicht tot aan de stad Siena en er is een grote zeer verzorgde tuin (6000 m2) met zwembad (overloop-effect) voor gemeenschappelijk gebruik van de gasten van de zes appartementen.

Residence "Cedri Alti" ligt verscholen tussen bomen en rollende velden in het hart van Toscane, op een verheven en rustige positie boven Gavignano in Val d'Ambra, slechts 5 km van het centrum van Bucine. Het complex bestaat uit 4 afzonderlijke huizen, elk met een vredige en ontspannende sfeer en uitzicht op het omringende landschap. Het landgoed beslaat een oppervlakte van 14 hectare en is geschikt voor families en groepen die een verfijnd verblijf zoeken in een van Italië's meest gevierde regio's. Het zwembad meet 12 x 6 meter en is beschikbaar van 15 april tot 31 oktober; de omliggende terreinen omvatten een omheinde tuin van 6.000 m² met gazon, volwassen bomen, weiland en boomgaard.

Dit vakantiehuis bestaat uit 2 onafhankelijke huizen gelegen in het pittoreske gehucht Camucia, op 5 km van het historische centrum van Cortona in Italië. Het pand is gebouwd in 2006 en ligt op een werkende boerderij omgeven door uitgestrekte velden, met een zonnige ligging en panoramisch uitzicht op Cortona en het glooiende Toscaanse landschap. De gasten hebben toegang tot een gedeelde tuin die bijdraagt aan het gevoel van ruimte en rust. De eigenaar woont eveneens op het terrein.
Buitenruimtes
De gedeelde tuin biedt een ruim en sereen omgeving met panoramisch uitzicht over de heuvels naar Cortona. Het omheinde zwembad meet 5 x 12 meter met een diepte van 120 tot 220 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 juni tot 30 september; een douche en WC bevinden zich in het poolgebied. Een barbecueplaats is aanwezig voor buitendinen. Elk huis beschikt over een privéterras van 15 m² en een terras, waar gasten in privacy kunnen ontspannen met uitzicht op het omringende landschap.

It is the ideal place if you wish to spend a relaxing holiday in the midst of the Valdichiana countryside, which offers an infinity of gentle, variable landscapes, and at the same time visit Tuscany and neighbouring Umbria.
You will find the farm at the foot of the rugged hill where the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona rises majestically and will instantly win you over with its old-world atmosphere. In Cortona you can stroll around, enjoy splendid views and visit countless ancient churches, museums and works of art. Don't forget to taste the local cuisine in the typical restaurants in the centre - you won't regret it!
A skilful and careful renovation, carried out with painstaking patience directly by the owner, and a decor in authentic period furniture give the houses a very special charm. You will feel welcomed in a very homely atmosphere that will make you feel at home from the very first moment.
Apartments Sofya and Selene are located in the same building and can be especially recommended for 2 families travelling together. La Gabola, La Gabolina and La Turata, on the other hand, are individual and independent houses, perfect for those who like a little extra privacy.
All around the farm a large green space where each house has its own private corner with a gazebo equipped with table and chairs. This will be your favourite place on warm summer evenings, chatting with friends and a good bottle of red wine.
