Dit chalet in Honkarakenne-stijl met ronde blokken ligt in Karstula, ongeveer 100 km noordwestelijk van Jyväskylä in het hart van Finland. Het gebouw werd in 1982 gebouwd en in 2003 grondig gerenoveerd. De accommodatie biedt plaats aan maximaal 9 gasten en ligt slechts 30 meter van het meer Pääjärvi, een wateroppervlak van 16,5 km lengte en 2,7 km breedte met een ondiep zand- en steenbodem. Het chalet beschikt over een goed uitgeruste keuken met eethoek, een woonkamer, 3 slaapkamers waarvan de eerste twee elk een tweepersoonsbed hebben en de derde twee eenpersoonsbedden, een slaaploft met 3 bedden, een wasruimte met toilet en een inkomhal.
Buitenruimtes
Het chalet heeft 2 terrassen op tegels, beide voorzien van tuinmeubilair, waar gasten kunnen dineren en genieten van het uitzicht. Een privéboot biedt directe toegang tot het meer Pääjärvi voor vissen, roeien of verkenning. De saunagebouw ligt 20 meter van het hoofdgebouw en wordt verwarmd door een traditionele houtkachel; het beschikt over een wasruimte en een douche die beschikbaar is tijdens de zomermaanden. Een open veranda grenst aan het saunagebouw. Het saunagebouw heeft ook een ruime kamer met open haard die als extra slaapruimte kan dienen met 2 extra bedden.
Praktische informatie
De maximale bezetting is 9 personen. De douche in het saunagebouw is alleen beschikbaar tijdens het zomerseizoen. De sauna wordt verwarmd met een traditionele houtkachel. Voor informatie over check-in en check-out, huisregels, huisdierbeleid en parkeerregelingen dienen gasten contact op te nemen met de eigenaar vóór aankomst.

Karstula ligt ongeveer 100 km noordwestelijk van Jyväskylä, een belangrijk Fins stedelijk centrum met een breed aanbod aan diensten, culturele attracties en vervoersverbindingen. The log cabin, built in 1998, is suitable for up to 8 people. The cabin has two floors. Downstairs there is one bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed, and another bedroom with a bunk bed (80 cm). Upstairs there are two separate bedrooms, both with two 80 cm wide beds. The stairs to the upper floor are steep.
The cabin's windows offer views of Lake Ounasjärvi and the fells rising behind it, which make the holiday an experience in all seasons. The location on a cliff guarantees peace and privacy, but Hetta's services and the area's diverse outdoor activities are easily accessible.
