Le Poggiole is een werkende boerderij in het Toscaanse platteland van Italië, gelegen op 8 km van het stadje Montevarchi en op 6 km van Cavriglia. De boerderij beschikt over 2 appartementen in het hoofdgebouw en biedt een authentieke plattelandservaring voor gezinnen en groepen. Gasten hebben gedeelde toegang tot een omheind terrein van 6 hectare met bomen en open weiden. Het omliggende landgoed draagt bij aan de ruimtelijkheid en rust die Le Poggiole kenmerken.
Buitenruimtes
Het zwembad meet 16 x 7 meter met een diepte van 130 tot 250 cm en is beschikbaar van mei tot september; een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt. Een barbecueplaats is aanwezig voor buitendinen. Het omheinde terrein van 6 hectare is voorzien van bomen en open weiden en biedt ruime mogelijkheden voor ontspanning en buitenactiviteiten.
Praktische informatie
De accommodatie beschikt over Wi-Fi. Een wasmachine is beschikbaar voor gedeeld gebruik tegen meerprijs. Op het terrein bevindt zich een restaurant; ontbijt kan op aanvraag worden geregeld tegen meerprijs. Verwarming is beschikbaar van november tot april en wordt ter plaatse betaald. De toegang tot de boerderij verloopt via een 100 m lange onverharde weg. Parkeerplaats is ter plaatse beschikbaar. La Rocca is een charmante residentie in het Magione-gebied van Italië, gelegen aan de oevers van het Trasimenosemeer. Het complex bestaat uit 9 individuele appartementen, elk ontworpen met comfort en praktische voorzieningen. Gasten hebben toegang tot een uitgestrekt gedeeld park van 6.000 m² met veel groen. Het ligt in een rustige landelijke omgeving die ideaal is voor koppels, gezinnen en kleinere groepen.
Buitenruimtes
Het gedeelde park van 6.000 m² omringt de residentie en biedt een weelderige, vredige omgeving voor wandelingen en ontspanning. Het zwembad meet 15 x 7 meter met een diepte van 110 tot 250 cm en is beschikbaar van 15 mei tot 30 september. Een buitendouche staat ter beschikking na het zwemmen, en een pergola biedt schaduw tijdens de warmere uren van de dag. Tuinmeubilair is aanwezig in de buitenruimtes; een barbecuefaciliteit staat ter beschikking voor gasten die buiten willen koken.
Praktische informatie
De appartementen zijn voorzien van airconditioning en een wasmachine. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar op het terrein. Parkeren is mogelijk onder dak, direct bij de residentie; de toegangsweg wordt echter smal ongeveer 500 meter voor de ingang. De eigenaar woont op het terrein. In Castiglion Fiorentino you will also find supermarkets for your daily shopping, other shops and all necessary services. From the house you can easily walk to a restaurant which is just 1 km far.

Casa La Primula is a farmhouse situated on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, in an extremely panoramic position with an evocative view of Pierle Castle, an ancient fortress of feudal origin, which makes it as if suspended in time. It takes a little effort to get up here, the 2.5 km road is almost all unpaved and very steep (not recommended for sports cars), but once on spot you will be rewarded with true peace in the middle of nature and above all with an exceptional view. When you want to emerge from your refuge, about 5 km away you will find the villages of Mercatale, in Tuscany, and Lisciano Niccone, in Umbria. We recommend a day trip to the characteristic Cortona, which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
In the gazebo in the garden you can dine in front of the sunset; for your barbecues or pizzas in company there are also a barbecue and a wood-burning oven. The fence makes the house ideal for a holiday with your four-legged friends (extra charge could be required). For both of you there is plenty of space in the green and the possibility, for those who love trekking, of long walks along the numerous paths in the woods.
