De ligging is zonnig en rustig, omgeven door een natuurlijke tuin van 4 hectare met inheemse planten en oude bomen die gasten een buitengewoon gevoel van ruimte en afzondering bieden. De eigenaar woont in een apart halfvrijstaand huis op het terrein, wat gasten volledige privacy garandeert.

Het zwembad is beschikbaar van 2 mei tot 3 oktober en heeft een diepte van 120 tot 180 cm. Een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt van het zwembad. If you decide to spend your holiday at Villa Leopoldina, you can stay in a historic building, a splendid example of a typical Tuscan house designed in the 18th century by the architects of Grand Duke Leopold of Lorraine, with the characteristic four overlapping arches on the façade. One of the villa's bonuses is certainly its location. It is located within the Pomaio winery, a renowned winery that produces its excellent wines following the rules of eco-sustainability. Pomaio is listed as one of the 13 most beautiful Design Cellars in the Region of Tuscany for the Toscana Wine Architecture project, and this 'Green' philosophy was also followed for the renovation of the villa. In fact, thanks to the materials used, the villa has a high energy-saving rating, with positive effects both for the environment and for those who stay there in all seasons.

For stays of a minimum of 7 nights, 6 hours of mid-stay cleaning are also included. The property operates a Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival; instead, EuropAssistance coverage is provided in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided. Agriturismo La Greppia is an old 17th-century farmhouse in typical Tuscan style. You will find it in the heart of the upper Arno Valley, on the slopes of the Pratomagno massif, surrounded by splendid olive groves overlooking one of the most beautiful and greenest valleys in Tuscany.
The three apartments retain clear traces of their origins, the exposed stone, the terracotta and wooden floors and the majestic beams, which will take you back in time, to the discovery of the region's rural customs.
