Mooi boerenbedrijf met 6 gerestaureerde appartementen gelegen in de heuvels van de Chianti streek, op korte afstand van het dorp Mercatale met alle winkels en 22 km van Florence verwijderd. Tenuta di Peruzzo is een 18de-eeuws werkend landgoed in het hart van de Toscaanse platteland, gelegen in de buurt van het dorp Roccastrada. Het erfgoed omvat 10 vakantieappartementen, elk met eigen karakter en uitstraling. Het landgoed ligt op een zonnige positie en wordt omgeven door bomen en wijngaarden. Buitenruimtes
Het buitenterrein van Tenuta di Peruzzo omvat een park van 450 hectare met weelderige tuinen vol verschillende planten en bomen, een open weide en een goed onderhouden gazon.
