Het vakantiehuis Edera ligt in het rustige district Acone, in de gemeente Pontassieve in Italië, op een groot privédomein van 110 hectare. Het huis biedt een afgelegen en zonnige ligging, omgeven door een natuurlijke tuin van 500 vierkante meter die volledig is omheind. Het vakantiehuis is bereikbaar via een 500 meter lange onverharde weg, waarvoor een auto sterk wordt aanbevolen.
Buitenruimtes
De natuurlijke tuin van 500 vierkante meter is volledig omheind en biedt een rustige, private groene omgeving. Het ronde zwembad is omheind en beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 30 september. Het omliggende privédomein van 110 hectare zorgt voor een gevoel van volledige afzondering met open landschapszichten.

Het vakantiehuis beschikt over verwarming van 15 november tot 15 april. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar in het huis. Er is parkeergelegenheid ter plaatse voor maximaal 3 auto's. Babyuitrusting is op aanvraag beschikbaar en is kosteloos inbegrepen. De eigenaar woont op hetzelfde domein.

Het pand is op een heuvel gelegen en bestaat uit 4 appartementen omgeven door de natuurlijke schoonheid van de Florentijnse heuvels. Het landgoed beschikt over een omheinde tuin van 1 hectare, ideaal voor wandelingen en momenten van rust in de open lucht.
Buitenruimtes
De omheinde tuin strekt zich uit over 1 hectare goed onderhouden grond en biedt ruime ruimte voor ontspanning en buitenactiviteiten. Het omheinde zwembad meet 15 x 3 meter met een diepte van 120 tot 220 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 15 oktober; het wordt regelmatig onderhouden door de eigenaar en tuinman. Een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt van het zwembadgebied en tuinmeubilair staat ter beschikking van gasten. De verhoogde positie op de heuvel biedt uitzichten over het omringende landschap.
