Het terrashuis "Mirto Marino" ligt in de wijk Monte Nai in Muravera, op Sardinië, op slechts 250 meter van het centrum van Costa Rei. Het pand combineert een natuurlijke omgeving met doordachte voorzieningen en biedt directe toegang tot zee. De privétuin is ruim en uitnodigend, met een verzorgd gazon en een natuurtuin die de inheemse flora van Sardinië viert. Het terrashuis vormt een ideaal toevluchtsoord voor wie zowel comfort als directe zeezicht zoekt.
Buitenruimtes
De privétuin is niet omheind en biedt een ruime, uitnodigende ruimte met een verzorgd gazon en een natuurtuin. Een buitendouche staat ter beschikking voor gasten die terugkeren van het strand. Het strand ligt op slechts 50 meter afstand, zodat gasten rechtstreeks van de tuin naar het zand van Costa Rei kunnen lopen.
