Dit moderne en luxe vakantiehuis is in 2026 volledig gerenoveerd en staat op een volledig omheind privéterrein van 800 vierkante meter, omgeven door bomen. De villa biedt een verfijnd verblijf voor wie comfort, privacy en natuurlijke schoonheid zoekt. Het pand wordt bereikt via elektrische poorten die veiligheid en exclusiviteit garanderen.
Buitenruimtes
Het privézwembad meet 8 x 3 meter met een diepte van 50 tot 145 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 april tot 31 oktober; het wordt onderhouden door de eigenaar en tuinman. Een buitendouche bevindt zich in het buitengebied. Het omheinde terrein van 800 vierkante meter is omgeven door bomen die een schaduwrijke en rustige omgeving creëren.
