Cancellation policy:
If the customer cancels the reservation for any reason, the following penalties and / or cancellation fees will be applied.
Cancellation penalties:
- From the moment of booking until 8 days before arrival 30% of the total amount of the reservation coast is due.
- Less than 7 days before arrival 100% of the total amount of the reservation cost is due.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email.

NOTE: If the reason for cancellation is covered by the terms of the insurance policy, the guest must claim the costs for the cancellation following the procedure of the insurance company.

As a full sanitation of the property is required, the check-in time is after 3:00pm.

Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- The daily rearrangement of all the rooms will be carried out from 10.00 to 13.00 with the change of towels;
- change of bed linen is every three nights.

Accidental damage coverage to the property and / or furnishings, including in the common areas
It is mandatory the payment of € 5.00 per room as a non-refundable security deposit to cover damages up to € 100.00.

- All travellers benefit with 6% Agency Fees payment the Allianz TRAVEL EASY policy to cover cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance and lost/damaged baggage and the RARO CARE Service to cover any accidents to the property.
With RARO CARE Service you will be covered for any damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00

De eerste aanbetaling vereist om een ​​te betalen reservering te bevestigen op het moment van boeken (tenzij er speciale voorwaarden van toepassing zijn) bedraagt 30% van het totale huurbedrag.

Het saldo is verschuldigd 45 dagen voor aankomst.

Voor last-minute boekingen (binnen 45 dagen na aankomst, tenzij anders vermeld in de Reserveringsvoorwaarden van de accommodatie) moet het volledige bedrag worden betaald op het moment van reserveren.

Bij annulering van een reservering, tenzij het anders staat aangegeven in de Reserveringsvoorwaarden, ook als deze wordt vervangen door een andere reservering, dienen de volgende annuleringskosten betaald te worden:
- het percentage van het totale huurbedrag betaald tijdens het moment van boeken als aanvankelijke borg indien de annulering gemaakt wordt vanaf het moment van de reservering tot 46 dagen voor de aankomstdatum;
- 100% van het totale huurbedrag indien de annulering gemaakt wordt binnen 45 dagen tot aan de aankomstdatum of in het geval van een "no-show”.
