Beschrijving
Calanchi Residence is a small tourist complex with a large garden, a swimming pool for adults, a swimming pool for children and a wonderful view of the surrounding hills.
The Residence, consisting of two houses for a total of 15 apartments, is located a stone's throw from the small medieval village called Sughera, in the municipality of Montaione (FI) in a very central position with respect to the main tourist destinations and attractions of Tuscany: halfway between the legendary towers of San Gimignano and the medieval charm of Certaldo, yet not too far from the art cities of Florence (59 km), Pisa (57 km), Siena (65 km), and Volterra (33 km).
For this reason Calanchi Residence is perfect as a base for various excursions in Tuscany, all reachable in about 1 hour by car.
Each apartment has an independent entrance and a covered outdoor area.
The apartments offer 3 to 5 beds, two bathrooms, large living room / kitchen with double sofa bed (on request), well-equipped kitchen, satellite TV, fridge, freeezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, WI-FI, mosquito nets, air conditioning.
Three apartments have a private fenced garden, ideal for those travelling with 4-legged friends.
8 apartments are ground floor + basement.
7 apartments are 1° floor + attic.
Swimming pool for adults: m 6x12xh 1.20-1.40, children's pool m. 3 x 3 x 0.50 h, large solarium equipped with outdoor shower, sun beds and umbrellas.
Large garden, two panoramic verandas with tables and chairs where you can eat, drink, read a book, barbecue, coin-operated washing machine and dryer, table tennis, outdoor parking.
Other services such as washing machines, heating, air conditioning and access to pets are available on request and will be charged as extras to be paid locally.
The nearest village, Montaione, is 8 km from the Residence.
In Montaione you will find all the services you may need: supermarkets, banks, post office, shops, bars, pubs, ice cream parlors.
The whole area is also equipped with many excellent restaurants where you can taste the specialties of the area.

Residence "Le Debbiare" is een exclusieve vakantieresidentie bestaande uit 4 individuele huizen, gelegen op een rustige heuvel in het hart van Toscane in Riparbella, Italië. De residentiaal strekt zich uit over een indrukwekkend landgoed van 200 hectare privéterrein, omgeven door ongerepte natuurlijke schoonheid van het Toscaanse platteland. Het geheel wordt gekenmerkt door een afgelegen en rustige ligging, met het bosrand op slechts 200 m afstand en het dichtstbijzijnde stadje op ongeveer 8 km van de accommodatie. Een natuurlijke vijver draagt bij aan de charme en authenticiteit van de omgeving. Het landgoed omvat een fraai onderhouden omheind park van 15.000 m² dat uitnodigt tot wandelingen en momenten van rust in de open lucht.
Buitenruimtes
Het gedeelde zwembad meet 20 x 9 meter met een uniforme diepte van 130 cm en is beschikbaar van 17 april tot 27 september; een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt voor gebruik voor en na het zwemmen. Het omheinde park van 15.000 m² biedt ruime ruimte voor buitenactiviteiten en rustige wandelingen, terwijl de natuurlijke vijver op het terrein een schilderachtig element aan het landschap toevoegt. Voor recreatie staan een tafeltennistafel en een bocciabank ter beschikking van gasten; een barbecueplaats nodigt uit tot buitendinen onder de Toscaanse hemel. Het landgoed ligt binnen een 200 hectare groot terrein met het bosrand op slechts 200 m afstand, wat een prachtige natuurlijke achtergrond biedt voor wandelingen door het omringende platteland.
Praktische informatie
Wi-Fi is beschikbaar op het terrein. Linnenwissel en handdoekenwissel zijn op aanvraag beschikbaar tegen meerprijs. Een broodrolservice wordt aangeboden voor het gemak van gasten. Een gedeelde wasmachine is beschikbaar tegen meerprijs. Parkeerplaats ter plaatse is aanwezig. De toegang tot het terrein omvat een 2,5 km lange onverharde weg die oneffen is en met passende voorzichtigheid moet worden bereden. Op het terrein kunnen gasten boerderijproducten rechtstreeks kopen.
Afstanden en bezienswaardigheden
De dichtstbijzijnde winkel, supermarkt en winkelcentrum bevinden zich op 9 km van de accommodatie; het centrum van Riparbella ligt op 8 km afstand en het centrum van San Pietro in Palazzi Cecina op ongeveer 10 km. Het zandstrand "Le Gorette" ligt op 13 km afstand, evenals de zee zelf. De bushalte "Giardino" bevindt zich op 8 km van de residentiaal; de veerboten terminal in Livorno is bereikbaar binnen 50 km. Voor wellnesservaringen liggen de thermale baden "Calidario" op 45 km afstand. Een jachthaven is bereikbaar op 14 km en een 9-holes golfbaan bevindt zich op 20 km van de accommodatie.
