Until a few years ago the house was the heart of a large farm, then a recent and careful renovation, which the owners carried out with love and care to keep the old features of the villa unaltered, transformed it into a cosy holiday home.

Lucignano has very ancient origins dating back to Etruscan times and you should not miss a visit, even if only to admire its unique elliptical walls, which are still intact. From Casa Clementina you will reach the village in a short walk, and it will only take a single evening's sight of the facades of its ancient buildings, its small squares and its stone alleyways to make you fall in love with this charming little village suspended in time.

Het huis is smaakvol ingericht en is zeer comfortabel: eigen badkamer voor elke slaapkamer, horren in de ramen, airconditioning in alle kamers, computer voor internetverbinding en grote veranda’s waar men buiten kan eten. De villa ligt op slechts 150 meter van de bekende thermale baden “Fonte Verde“, waar de gasten, van maandag tot zaterdag, toegang hebben met een korting van 25% en gebruik kunnen maken van de zwembaden met warm water 38° graden, beautycentrum (met tevens massages), schoonheidsbehandelingen enz.
Om het huis liggen beekjes met warm water afkomstig uit de warme thermale bronnen, een ligt er zelfs in de tuin van het huis (niet toegankelijk).
