Wir haben sowohl in der Hütte als auch in den Nockbergen tolle Tage verbracht. Die Felsenhütte ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch der Vermieter war sehr nett und um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Prädikat empfehlenswert.

Das Haus und Garten sowie Pool sind super und entsprechen der Beschreibung. Der Verwalter/Hausmeister spricht nur italienisch und nicht ein Wort englisch oder deutsch! Dadurch ist keine Einweisung in die Bedienung Poolreinigung Klimaanlage oder Müllentsorgung möglich. Nicht einmal die Abreisezeit könnten wir richtig klären da wir ja noch die 1000 Euro Kaution zurück haben wollten. Er hat sich auch nicht einmal um den Pool gekümmert! Das Haus wurde 2x die Woche gereinigt und einmal die Wäsche gewechselt. Allerdings nicht die Pool Handtücher. Alles in allem war es sehr schön, aber einen so leidenschaftslosen Verwalter haben wir noch nicht erlebt.

Dieses Haus ( bzw. 3 Häuser auf dem geschlossenen Grundstück) war perfekt für unser Familientreffen. Wir waren 18 Personen und 3 Kinder. Genutzt haben wir alle 3 Häuser, dadurch waren wir für uns alleine auf diesem riesigen tollen Grundstück. Jedes Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche . Gemeinsam sitzen ist draußen unter dem Dach sehr gut möglich. Unsere 3 Kinder und der Hund konnten überall herumlaufen, da das Grundstück rundum gut eingezäunt ist.
Parken war für 5 Autos problemlos auf dem Grundstück möglich.
Der Empfang durch die Besitzer war sehr herzlich. Es wurde sich sehr regelmäßig um Müllentsorgung und Poolreinigung gekümmert.
Der Pool ist riesig und es gibt viele Liege-und Sitzmöglichkeiten.( Einige Liegen bzw. Auflagen waren leider kaputt. Aber das hat der Freude am Pool nichts genommen). Außerdem gab es reichlich Sportmöglichkeiten : Billard, Tischtennis, Boccia usw.
Wir haben es rundherum wohlgefühlt.

We used all 3 houses, so we were alone on this huge great property. Each house has a fully equipped kitchen. Sitting together is very possible outside under the roof. Our 3 children and the dog could walk around everywhere, since the property is well fenced all around.
Parking was possible for 5 cars easily on the property.
The welcome by the owners was very cordial. Very regularly care was taken of waste disposal and pool cleaning.
The pool is huge and there are plenty of loungers and seating (Some beach chairs or cushions were broken.) But that did not make us enjoy the pool any less). In addition, there were plenty of sports facilities: billiards, table tennis, bocce, etc.

nice house in beautiful valley, house is well equipped, nice gardon and on both sides terraces. The owner was friendly and helpful. There are very good walks to do in this valley and also in valleys nearby. Aosta is a wonderful city. The only minor point is the absence of WIFI, but we had internet on our cell phones

We had a very relaxing stay at Dolce Vita thank you. The location was idyllic and the property had everything we needed. Anghiari is a beautiful town with great eating places, just a shame it was not within walking distance. On that note, we thought from the write up that there was a shop and a bar within walking distance but that was not the case. You need a car for this location. Also, there was a daily violinist playing in the property next door, so as long as you like the violin then all is ok. Danielle was very helpful. We got lost finding our way to the apartment so he came out and found us and he also supplied us with the use of a fan, as the upstairs room got incredibly hot. Thank you.

We were very satisfied with the place to stay. It is a very quiet location and is good for walking. In the village Castelnuovo there are shops for shopping for everything you need. The pool is great so that you can also bear the high temperature well.

Un apartamento realmente cómodo con muy buenas vistas y excelente orientación. Situado en una buena zona en primera línea de playa y con tiendas en la misma urbanización. Ideal para familias con niños. Como aspecto negativo destacaría algo pobre en menaje de cocina. No obstante, repetiría.
