Het lezen van commentaar en recensies van vorige huurders die al verbleven in een vakantiewoning of appartement via Easy Reserve is een uitstekende manier om te beginnen met het plannen van uw volgende verblijf. Na het verblijf vragen wij aan alle huurders om de verschillende aspecten van de accommodatie te beoordelen en tevens een algemene opmerking te publiceren. positief : zeer rustige ligging boven op een berg. Weinig andere gasten aanwezig. Midden in de natuur met herten en everzwijnen.
negatief : 5 ( ! ) km lange en moeilijk berijdbare zandweg ernaartoe. Vooral lage auto's hebben het daar moeilijk mee. Keuken was niet proper ( vuile glazen, vuil gasvuur,...) De rest was ok qua properheid.

negative: 5 (!) km long and difficult to drive sandy access road. Low cars in particular have a hard time with that. Kitchen was not clean (dirty glasses, dirty gas fire, ...) The rest was ok in terms of cleanliness.
Die Villa und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Ein einziger Minuspunkt für die Villa gibt es, weil sie relativ dunkel ist und weil keine Klima-Anlage existiert. Es wurde sehr warm im Haus (am Ende 32 Grad) und keine Chance sie runter zu kühlen.
Sehr gut gefallen hat uns, dass hier Agrotourismus betrieben wird. Heißt, es werden sehr viele Lebensmittel sowie Wein angebaut und als Tasting (gemeinsames Abendessen) angeboten. Bio pur und das schmeckt man :-)
Die Gastgeber sind extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben sich um alles gekümmert.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The villa and the surroundings are very nice. There is a single minus for the villa, because it is relatively dark and because no air conditioning system exists. It was very warm in the house (in the end 32 degrees) and no chance to cool it down.
We really liked that here agritourism is operated. It means that a lot of food and wine are grown and offered as a tasting (common dinner). Pure organic and you can taste it :-)
The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating and took care of everything.
We loved the house, the location, the hospitality, everything was great.
Dorella and Tulio are amazing hosts, and very dedicated to solve any problem we had.
We really recomend the place.
posizione spettacolare ma non facile da raggiungere con strada sterrata.
alloggio strutturalmente molto buono, ma poco e male accessoriato. ho soggiornato nell'app.to 2, il letto estraibile è pari terra con ruote, muovendosi durante il sonno si gira per il soggiorno. il telecomando della tv non c'era, lo abbiamo richiesto nessuno ho corrisposto alla nostra richiesta. non c'erano oggetti essenziali, apri bottiglie, 3 bicchieri ma noi eravamo in 4 … piccolezze ma che avrebbero reso eccellente un luogo che potenzialmente lo può essere. Per correttezza segnale anche però che il lavandino della cucina perdeva copiosamente e l'idraulico è arrivato in giornata.

structurally very good accommodation, but little and badly equipped. I stayed in the apartment 2, the pull-out bed is equal to the ground with wheels, moving during sleep. the TV remote control was not there, we requested it but no one cared for our request. there were no essential objects, bottle opener, 3 glasses but we were in 4 ... little things but they would have made the place potentially excellent. To be fair, however, I must say that the kitchen sink was leaking copiously and the plumber arrived the same day.
Sehr schönes Haus in unschlagbar ruhiger Lage. Die Ruhe wird auch nicht durch Anrufe gestört. Im Tal gibt es keinen Empfang. Das WLAN reicht für kleinere Nachrichten aus. Leider ist einiges schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung ist leider nicht komplett stilecht und stört daher den Gesamteindruck etwas. Der Service und die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr gut und absolut lobenswert. Die Lage, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu San Gimignano, ist super. Es gab einige kleine Begrüßungsgeschenke und einen Startvorrat Mineralwasser - danke dafür. Die Natur in der Umgebung des Hauses ist toll. Von massenhaft Glühwürmchen über dem Bach bis zur europäischen Wildkatze haben wir einiges beobachten können.

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub mit Freunden in diesem Haus verbracht.
Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Was wir besonders nutzten war das Gemeinschaftsareal mit Pool.
Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen.

The Villa and its grounds are excellent! The pool is amazing and so is Massimo who is always available if something is in Need. He truly takes care of the pool so that it is always impeccable!
First-class property and traditional Croatian hospitality at its best! The owners could not do more. A clean and modern property with a decent sized swimming pool, secluded BBQ area, perfect for the 6 of us to enjoy over a wonderful two weeks. Ideal location for exploring the Zadar region, its many beaches (only 15 mins away) and the stunning Krka waterfalls. We definitely recommend a stay here to anyone who would like to experience quality, authenticity and the warmth of the people. Keep an eye out for the wild tortoises on the road to the house! We will definitely be back...
very beautiful villa. But very disappointed and surprised to have had to pay 45 euros for a small vase that fell due to a gust of wind during our absence. We are not aware of these practices towards hosts in our region. Especially when the rental is 3600 euros per week.
So be careful!
Our Family (2 adults, 2 children) spent the Holiday at Montegufoni #4 in July this year. At first we were disappointed because the booking Company had not written in their description of the Apartment that it was not located in the main Building but around the area. The design of the appartment though was really beautiful well renovated. The Overall Service was excellent. We had a bed that was making funny noises screetiching and within 1 day the complete bed was exchanged. Within 30 minutes from a request the Counter would send someone to take care of the issue. The pool is very nice. The kitchen is not well equipped. No coffee machine, no bottle opener, no scissors and knife and forkes are very old. The outside Patio was not attractive but very sunny. Altoghether we had a very nice Holiday at Montegufoni.
