Posto stupendo, vista mozzafiato, Grande terrazza vivibile Spettacolare, casa arredata con gusto. Zona esterna in comune dove abbiamo trascorso stupende serate tra barbecue e pizzate con forno a legna seguiti da bagni in piscina. Fanno da cornice il verde dei pini marittimi secolari, i fiori vari e L azzurro del mare. Prezzo ottimo. Dopo accurata ricerca ritengo che sia una casa più unica che rara per la posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare, le dimensioni della casa e la condivisone della piscina con una sola famiglia. Strutture molto più Lontane dal mare con spazi condivisi tra più residenze hanno di solito prezzi più elevati di questa. Gentilissime anche le signore che gestiscono L accoglienza e la consegna delle chiavi. Se proprio devo fare un appunto. Un po’ di manutenzione non guasterebbe . Qualche mancanza c e’..Ad esempio la nostra terrazza Era davvero molto sporca e ho passato il primo giorno a lavarla con scarsi risultati. Tuttavia per quella cifra e posizione ho chiuso un occhio, anzi due su ciò che non andava. e la riprenderei tutta la vita.

Shared outdoor area where we spent wonderful evenings between barbecues and pizza with a wood oven followed by swimming in the pool. The green of the centuries-old maritime pines, the various flowers and the blue of the sea are the setting. Great price. After careful research I believe that it is a more unique than rare house due to the location just a few minutes walk from the sea, the size of the house and the sharing of the pool with one family. Properties much further away from the sea with shared spaces between multiple residences usually have higher prices than this. The ladies who manage the reception and delivery of the keys are also very kind. If I really have to make a note, a little maintenance wouldn't hurt. There are some shortcomings. For example, our terrace was really very dirty and I spent the first day washing it with poor results. However, for that figure and position I turned a blind eye, or rather two, to what was wrong. and I would go back to it all my life

Een mooi plekje in Praag met een prachtig uitzicht op de stad. Zeer ruim en compleet ingericht (twee ruime slaapkamers; een woonkamer; keuken, badkamer en wc) Het pand en interieur is gedateerd en geeft een mooi beeld van de stijlen van het vroegere Praag. Rosa is een heel vriendelijke gastvrouw. Oude stad gemakkelijk te bereiken met bus 131.

Very spacious and fully furnished (two spacious bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet). The building and interior is dated and gives a nice impression of the styles of the former Prague. Rosa is a very friendly hostess. Old town easily accessible by bus 131.

We had a lovely time in the San Eusebio villa in the heart of Tuscan hills :-) They hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and we would recommend this place for a relaxing vacation in the heart of Italian paradise!

5 stanze doppie, 1 quadrupla e divano letto in cucina.
2 stanze al 2° piano hanno un bagno in comune; 1 al 1° piano ha il bagno per disabili.
Le stanze sono confortevoli e dotate di aria condizionata.
Abbiamo soggiornato in agosto e ci siamo trovati bene

5 double rooms, 1 quadruple room and sofa bed in the kitchen.
2 rooms on the 2nd floor have a shared bathroom; 1 on the 1st floor has a bathroom for the disabled.
The rooms are comfortable and equipped with air conditioning.
We stayed in August and enjoyed it.

J'ai aimé : Grand appartement au cœur du centre historique avec un petit supermarché et des restaurants à proximité. Propriétaire réactive et ponctuelle pour l arrivée et le départ. Attention 200 eur de deposit en espèces uniquement

Je n'ai pas aimé : En premier il n y a pas de Wifi comme notée et confirmée par l agence EasyReserve et Il n y a quasiment qu un peu de réseau si vous êtes sur le balcon au dessus de la rue.
Appartement des années 50 donc vielles prises électriques branlantes.
Les carpettes et tapis n’étaient pas aspires et le carrelage pas très propre. Rideau de baignoire plein de calcaire.
Pas de climatisation mais des ventilos. Si le soir vous ouvrez pour la fraîcheur, vous avez le bruit de la rue, du bar, du restaurant et des passants jusqu’à 23h30 et les voitures à 7 h le lendemain.
La cuisine a été refaite mais sans lave-vaisselle, ni micro-onde, ni lumière au dessus de l évier.

I liked: Large apartment in the heart of the historic center with a small supermarket and restaurants nearby. Responsive and punctual owner for arrival and departure. Attention: 200 eur deposit in cash only

I did not like: First there is no Wifi as noted and confirmed by the EasyReserve agency and there is only a small network if you are on the balcony above the street.
Apartment from the 50s so old rickety electrical outlets.
The rugs were not vacuumed and the tiles not very clean. Bath curtain full of limestone.
No air conditioning but fans. If you open up for the cool at night, you have the noise of the street, bar, restaurant and passers-by until 11:30 p.m. and cars at 7 a.m. the next day.
The kitchen has been redone but without dishwasher, microwave, or light above the sink.

Ho soggiornato presso Villa Fosca dal 16/08 al 23/08/20, il mio soggiorno e’ stato fantastico. La villa e’ stupenda, la consiglio vivamente a chi ha dei bambini, anche piccoli. C’è molto spazio ed e’ l’ideale per una vacanza in compagnia di amici o parenti. Bellissima anche la piscina. Il panorama è che si vede intorno alla villa e’ incantevole. Sicuramente ci tornerò nuovamente in futuro. La villa si trova poi in un’ottima zona, vicinissima a Lucignano e poco distante da altri bellissimi borghi come Montepulciano o Cortona. La consiglio!

The villa is gorgeous, I highly recommend it to those with children, even small ones. There is plenty of space and it is ideal for a holiday in the company of friends or relatives. The swimming pool is also beautiful. The view is that you see around the villa and is enchanting. I will definitely stay there again in the future. The villa is also located in an excellent area, very close to Lucignano and not far from other beautiful villages such as Montepulciano or Cortona. I recommend it!
