What a wonderful place! It was the perfect setting for celebrating my 50th with friends. The beautiful pool was appreciated by all, as the best way to cool down after hot days. The scenery - fabulous. We found a local car company based in Lucca who happily had a vehicle to drive us all on daily outings (e.g. Pisa, wineries) and they were great - always on time. Evening walks down to La Cantina for dinner - where everyone was so friendly to "the crazy Aussies" - will always be a fond memory.

What a wonderful villa! So close to Montalcino and such beautiful grounds.We enjoyed every aspect of our stay in this delightful villa.

What a wonderful place to stay. The Villa was everything we hoped for and more. It has spectacular views, is close to the lovely village of Agello. There are several outdoor seating areas and was perfect for our party of 5.

I would like to add the following comments about the villa I rented from you this past june:
Easy Reserve truly lived up to its name. My family had the most wonderful time in Italy last summer in large part due to the outstanding accommodations of Villa Albeste. Fully renovated with care and style the property offers all the North American amenities wrap in European luxury.
But the true jewel of this property is the people behind it. From the more than helpful key holder Sara to the friendly Bruni family members, you will be welcomed in the heart of Tuscany by wonderful people in the most extraordinary setting.
We will surely be returning to Italy but only if Villa Albeste is part of our itinerary.

Il Podere di Toscana was everything we expected and more. The property is
just beautiful, with a huge, wonderfully well kept garden, full of herbs,
flowers and trees. Our party of 16 consisted of three generations, the age
span from one year to early seventies. . Because the property consists of
seperate units, and has this large garden it never felt crowded though; -
it was the perfect combination of being together as a family and having
some privacy. Locationvise it was great as well, halfway between Firenze
and Lucca; - perfect for visiting all the sights of Tuscany. And not to
forget: - big thanks to Loli and her staff; - a definite plus :)

Beautiful setting in the country but a short walk to a village with several places to eat. Loved the pool. The lavender and honey-suckle made the villa smell heavenly.

If there was a rating higher than "excellent" that is what we would pick. We had a group of 14 at Villa Ardene the end of June and first of July and our stay was simply fabulous. The property is even nicer than pictured and the staff are helpful, wonderful, and responsive. Every detail of our stay was attended to beautifully. We've only been home a few days and I miss the pool, I miss the scenery, I miss the rooster in the morning, I miss Bennedicta, I miss my lovely room, I miss everything about Villa Ardene. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful place. You won't be sorry.

This is the real deal, if you're looking for a Tuscan getaway. The property is well-maintained, and apartments are spacious and well equipped. Hosts / Chefs Sergio and Stephano are gracious and friendly in addition to providing splendid breakfasts and dinners (or you can cook / eat in your apartment, which we did several evenings).
The units are arranged so that guests have privacy, and all the units seem to have excellent views as well.
The beds (where, let's face it, you spend 1/3 of your time) are comfortable, and there's ample storage space for clothing.
We were unlucky, weather-wise: a rare North African heat wave shrouded Italy from Rome to Bologna while we were there. Luckily there is a very nice pool at Villa Fabbroni with shade umbrellas and comfortable pool-side seating. Few of the guests used it, (they braved the heat to visit regional wineries and museums) but our group found it to be a saving grace.
It's a bit of a trek to the markets (there is a great coop about 7 km away) but the owners will provide daily necessities like fresh bread at cost, since they make a daily trip to the market... nice.
The history of the villa is rich, but what really sets it apart is the affability of the hosts. I'm hoping to get Stephano's recipe for Limoncello (which they treated us to on our last evening at the villa). In addition they produce their own wine, honey and olive oil.
