Cozy and spacious holiday home on the shores of Lake Syväri, located 6 km from the center of Nilsiä and 19 km from the center of Tahko. Kuopio is 57 km to the northeast, and the lake is just 20 meters away; there is no dock or rowing boat. The beach is in its natural state and is not well-suited for swimming.
This wooden cabin, built in 2006, is situated in a holiday village. It features a spacious living area with a large dining table, seating area, a light fireplace, and a combined kitchen/living room. On the ground floor, there is a toilet and two bedrooms, each with two beds. The upper floor also has two beds.
The washroom and sauna are located in a separate building, which is accessed from the outside. It is only a few steps from the cabin's front door to the sauna building. The sauna is spacious and equipped with an electric sauna stove. The washroom includes a shower and a washing machine. The location of the cabin is peaceful and close to nature, but still close to everything. The beach area is currently being renovated, and when it is completed in 2026, the area will be even more comfortable. Het pand is het gehele jaar beschikbaar en biedt ruimte voor gezinsvakanties, bedrijfsbijeenkomsten en retraites. De villa beschikt over een grote woonkamer, een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een eetgedeelte. De begane grond herbergt 3 slaapkamers: één met een tweepersoonsbed en twee kamers elk met twee eenpersoonsbedden, een kleedkamer, een wasruimte met 2 douches, een sauna met houtkachel en 2 toiletten. De zolderverdieping biedt extra slaapruimte met 1 tweepersoonsbed en 4 eenpersoonsbedden, alsmede een biljarttafel. De Kymijoki ligt op slechts 30 meter van de villa; een privésteiger geeft direct toegang tot het water voor zwemmen en ontspanning. Een kinderreisbed is opgeslagen op de zolderverdieping en beschikbaar voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Atmospheric summer cabin and lean-to accommodate, right by the lake Houhajärvi. The distance to the lake is only about 3 m, sandy beach. The terrace (with furniture) is built over the lake. A wood-heated hot tub on the beach with a wonderful view of the lake. On the lean-to, it is atmospheric to sit by the campfire in the evening in the lake view,

There is electric lighting in the yard and on the slope. The plot is very steep. There are steps made of natural stone on the slope. The destination is not recommended for people who find it difficult to move in terrain with a lot of height differences.
On the shore, is a wood-heated hot tub, where water can be taken from the lake with an electric pump. The tenant cleans the hot tub at the end of the holiday. Final cleaning can be ordered as an additional service, in which cleaning the floor is not included.
