Het chalet "Piccolo" ligt op 1.600 meter hoogte in de Zwitserse Alpen, in het hart van de Saas Valley. Dit drielaags chalet werd in 1999 gebouwd en volledig gerenoveerd in 2020, waarbij traditioneel alpien karakter met moderne comfort werd gecombineerd. Het pand staat buiten het resort op een rustige, verhoogde positie ongeveer 1 kilometer van het centrum van Saas-Grund, wat een rustig toevluchtsoord biedt terwijl het goed bereikbaar blijft voor lokale voorzieningen. Een kleine privétuin met goed onderhouden gazon nodigt uit om van de berglucht te genieten.

De buitenruimtes van het chalet zijn zorgvuldig ontworpen om aan te sluiten bij de omringende alpiene landschappen. Dit luxe vakantieappartement van 148 m² bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping van het prestigieuze complex Apartments Arcadia en ligt aan de rand van het authentieke bergdorp Saas-Grund in het hart van Zwitserland. De ligging is zonnig en rustig, met een panoramisch uitzicht op de imposante Mischabelketen, waarvan de Dom met 4545 meter het hoogste bergpiek van Zwitserland is. Het complex heeft een 4-5 sterrenclassificatie en is ontworpen volgens hedendaagse standaarden. Het appartement beschikt over een ruime indeling met een aparte, spacieuze keuken met eethoek in een erker, een grote woonkamer met elegante open haard en 3 comfortabele slaapkamers met tweepersoonsbed. Twee goed uitgeruste badkamers zijn aanwezig: één met whirlpool, douche, toilet en dubbele wastafel, en één met douche, toilet en wastafel.
Buitenruimtes
Het appartement beschikt over 3 privébalkonnen met uitzicht op de Mischabelketen. Twee balkonnen zijn op het zuiden gericht en vangen maximaal zonlicht; het derde balkon kijkt naar het westen en biedt uitzichten over de vallei in de late middag en avond. Binnen het complex zijn gedeelde buitenruimtes aanwezig, waaronder een tuin met zithoek en barbecue voor buitendinen en ontspanning. Tijdens de wintermaanden loopt een 26 km lange langlaufroute direct langs het appartement, waardoor gasten direct de alpine omgeving in kunnen stappen. Talrijke wandelroutes kunnen rechtstreeks vanaf het huis worden ondernomen.
Praktische informatie
Het appartement is voorzien van een vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, magnetron, tafelgrill met raclettoven en fondueset. Een flatscreen-tv en radio zijn aanwezig. Het beroemde kapellenpad vertrekt direct uit de omgeving en leidt in ongeveer een uur naar het glacierdorp Saas-Fee.
