Het privébalkon biedt een magnifiek panoramisch uitzicht op de Mischabel-keten en het dramatische alpiene landschap van deze regio. De gedeelde tuin vormt een gastvrije en rustige omgeving met een comfortabel zitgedeelte en een barbecueplaats, geschikt voor buitendinen en gezellige bijeenkomsten in zomer en winter. In de winter loopt het 26 km lange skiroute voor langlaufen direct langs het appartement. Wandelroutes kunnen rechtstreeks vanuit het huis worden ondernomen. Een parkeerplaats ter plaatse is beschikbaar.

Afstanden en bezienswaardigheden
De bushalte voor de postbus en skibus bevindt zich op 20 m van het appartement. Met de SaastalCard kunnen de topskigebieden van Saas-Fee en Saas-Grund gratis en binnen enkele minuten worden bereikt; de pistes strekken zich uit tot ruim boven de 3000 meter. Het beroemde kapellenpad leidt rechtstreeks vanuit het appartement naar het gletsjerdorp Saas-Fee en kan in ruim een uur worden gelopen.
