Het vakantiehuis "Peisel" ligt boven het dorpje Segnas in Zwitserland, in het district Peisel, op een rustige, zonnige en verhoogde locatie omgeven door open landschap. Het huis biedt een rustig toevluchtsoord voor wie privacy, stilte en een echte verbinding met het alpine natuurlandschap zoekt. Een privéweide rond het huis versterkt het gevoel van afzondering en ruimte. De toegang tot het huis verloopt via een 500 meter lange smalle motorweg die rechtstreeks naar het huis leidt.

Het chalet "Feu de Joie" ligt aan de rand van Segnas in Zwitserland op een hoogte van 1.300 meter boven zeeniveau. Dit rustieke chalet uit 1803 werd in 2018 grondig gerenoveerd en combineert historisch Alpien karakter met modern comfort. Het drielaagse pand staat op een rustige, zonnige plek in een genereus erf dat aansluit bij het omringende Alpiene landschap. De ligging biedt volledige ontspanning terwijl bergactiviteiten op wereldklasse niveau binnen handbereik liggen.
Buitenruimtes
Het erf rond het chalet weerspiegelt de authentieke Alpiene omgeving en biedt een uitnodigende buitenruimte om van de berglucht en het natuurschoon van het Segnas-gebied te genieten. De verhoogde positie op 1.300 meter boven zeeniveau zorgt voor uitzonderlijke lichtinval gedurende de dag. Wandelpaden beginnen op slechts 50 meter van het huis, waardoor gasten direct het adembenemende landschap van de Surselva-wandelregio kunnen betreden.
