It is designed for 2-4 people (1 double bed and a comfortable sofa bed). It has a clear, unobstructed view to the Alps. The apartment is located in a quiet area at the end of a dead end street. 5 minutes' walk to the valley station of the Betelbergbahn and to the bus stop that is heading to the valley station of the Metschbahn. The bus lines at Lenk can be used free of charge with the guest card (Simmentalcard). The Lenker Seeli and the large children's playground can be reached in a few minutes by foot. The village center can be reached by foot in about 10 minutes. A car parking space is available.

Beschrijving van de accommodatie
Het chalet "Seeberg" ligt verscholen tussen bomen en weiden in de Zwitserse Alpen, op 1,5 km van het centrum van Lenk. Dit gezellige en kindvriendelijke chalet werd in 1973 gebouwd en staat op een rustige, zonnige plek op een zuidoostelijk hellende helling buiten het hoofdresortgebied. Het pand biedt een gastvrije en vredige sfeer en vormt een ideale uitvalsbasis voor gezinnen en stellen die een authentieke bergvakantie in alle seizoenen zoeken. Een gedeelde weide rondom het chalet versterkt de natuurlijke omgeving en biedt open groen waar gasten kunnen genieten van de frisse Alpinelucht.
Buitenruimtes
Het terras nodigt uit tot buitendinen en ontspanning en is voorzien van tuinmeubilair met uitzicht op de weiden en bomen rondom het chalet. De gedeelde weide is toegankelijk voor gasten en biedt een open ruimte die ideaal is voor kinderen om te spelen of voor rustige momenten in de frisse berglucht. De zuidoostelijke oriëntatie van het pand zorgt voor veel natuurlijk licht gedurende de dag, waardoor de buitenruimtes aangenaam zijn in zowel zomer als winter.
Praktische informatie
Het chalet beschikt over centrale verwarming en een sauna voor ontspanning na buitenactiviteiten. Een opslagruimte voor ski's biedt praktische opbergruimte voor wintersporten. Een wasmachine en droger zijn beschikbaar voor gedeeld gebruik. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar in het hele pand. Een parkeerplaats ter plaatse is voorzien. Een pre-arrival boodschappenservice kan worden geboekt, zodat gasten voorraden voor aankomst kunnen regelen. Tijdens de winter worden sneeuwkettingen voor het voertuig aanbevolen en dienen deze mee te worden genomen voor veilig reizen in Alpineomstandigheden. De eigenaar woont in dezelfde woning. Dieren zijn aanwezig in de buurt. Een auto wordt aanbevolen voor gasten die op deze locatie verblijven, gezien de ligging buiten het resortcentrum.
Afstanden en bezienswaardigheden
De dichtstbijzijnde bushalte ligt op 100 m van het chalet; het station Lenk bevindt zich op 1,5 km. Een winkel is bereikbaar op 1,8 km en een restaurant op 1 km. Een buitenzwembad en een binnenzwembad liggen beide op 1,8 km. Ski- en kabelbaaninrichtingen bevinden zich op 800 m; de skischool ligt op 1,5 km en een kinderskischool is eveneens bereikbaar. Het langlaufspoor bevindt zich op 800 m en de ijsbaan op 1,7 km. Een manege kan worden gevonden op 2 km en een golfbaan op 25 km.
De skigebieden Adelboden-Lenk en Betelberg zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar. De spectaculaire Simmenfälle-watervallen liggen in de buurt, evenals het prestigieuze resort Gstaad en de schilderachtige wandelroute Simmentaler Hausweg.
