Podere San Giuseppe is een gerenoveerd landhuis gelegen tussen rollende velden en wijngaarden in het hart van Toscane, in de buurt van San Giovanni D'Asso. Het pand staat op een zonnige heuvel en bestaat uit 6 individueel ingerichte appartementen, elk met een eigen karakter en stijl. Het biedt een authentiek en rustig verblijf voor wie een vredige toevlucht zoekt of een uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van het rijke culturele erfgoed van de regio.
Buitenruimtes
Het zwembad meet 8 x 16 meter met een diepte van 140 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 april tot 30 oktober. Een kinderzwembad is eveneens aanwezig voor jonge gasten. Een buitendouche bevindt zich bij het zwembad; een ruim terras biedt een ideale plek voor buitendinen en ontspanning met uitzicht op de omringende wijngaarden en het natuurlijke landschap. Het pand ligt op een natuurlijk landgoed dat de ongerepte schoonheid van de omgeving bewaart.

De accommodatie beschikt over Wi-Fi. Een receptieservice staat ter beschikking van gasten. Een gedeelde wasmachine is beschikbaar. De boerderij "Il Pero di Cetinale" is een uitzonderlijk vakantiehuis gelegen in het hart van het Toscaanse platteland, in de gemeente Sovicille in Italië. Het pand omvat 12 appartementen in een rustige en afgelegen omgeving, op slechts 20 meter van de bosrand. De boerderij beschikt over een receptie ter plaatse en is omgeven door een natuurlijke tuin die bijdraagt aan de landelijke sfeer van deze verborgen parel.
Buitenruimtes
De natuurlijke tuin biedt een rustige omgeving waar gasten kunnen ontspannen; de bosrand ligt op slechts 20 meter afstand. Het zwembad meet 7 x 14 meter met een diepte van 130 tot 270 centimeter en is beschikbaar van 1 juni tot 15 september. Tuinmeubilair is aanwezig voor gasten; een barbecue staat ter beschikking voor buitendinen.
Praktische informatie
Wi-Fi is beschikbaar tijdens het verblijf. De accommodatie beschikt over een verwarmingssysteem dat van 1 november tot 15 april in bedrijf is. Wekelijkse linnenwissel is inbegrepen. Looking around you will find inspiration in the landscape, which in itself is something to frame. Families with children as well as groups of friends have enjoyed their holidays in this villa, fun for young and old is guaranteed. The warm colours of the walls and the simple furnishings make the house warm and welcoming.
Every day offers a new opportunity to enjoy something different: relax in the panoramic garden, take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool (8x4 meters, 1.20 meters deep, fenced – open from May 1st to September 30th), or engage in exciting matches of volleyball or tennis on the small multi-purpose sports ground (18x9 meters). You can also enjoy table tennis, billiards, or foosball for some friendly competition. Children can play in the children's playground next to the swimming pool. After dinner in the gazebo next to the pool you will be delighted by the sunsets, which offer different lights and colours every day.
You will certainly not be inclined to leave the house, but as there are beautiful towns and cities rich in art nearby, we would advise you not to miss the opportunity to visit them. Torrita di Siena, Montepulciano and Pienza are all within a maximum of 20 km, Siena is 50 km away.
The last part of the road to Casa Bella (about 3 km) is not asphalted and has a few steep stretches, but don't let this scare you because after the first time you will not have difficulties, and you will look forward to returning home to enjoy the tranquility and your favourite view. Casa Bella

In a few minutes by car you can reach the beautiful villages of Montefollonico (10 km) and Montepulciano (12 km), which are well worth a visit and a stop, where you can taste the typical dishes and above all the prestigious and renowned wines of the area such as the 'Nobile di Montepulciano'.
Villa Scianellone is surrounded by lush, silvery olive groves, vineyards and meadows that are part of the property.
