The holiday rental apartment "Il Centro" is located in Camaiore, and as the name implies, it is located in the center of the city in an easily accessible street.
It has just been completely renovated and furnished in a modern way.
It is located just 8.3 km from the sea of Versilia, in Lido di Camaiore, and therefore also an excellent starting point for a beach holiday and enjoying the streets of Camaiore with its bars and restaurants in the evening. The area around Camaiore is hilly and very green and together with its various villages, such as Casoli, Nocchi and Buchignano, it is very suitable for pleasant walks in nature. Candalla with its waterfalls is a good example.
The city also offers glimpses from a cultural point of view, such as the magnificent Badia di San Pietro or the museum of sacred art.
The holiday apartment is located in a small building, of only two apartments, on the first floor and is divided as follows:
- Bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning.
- Double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and air conditioning.
- Living room with sofa, dining table, Smart TV, air conditioning and exit to a terrace of the internal courtyard.
- Kitchen with breakfast table, 4 cooking fires, fridge/freezer, American coffee machine, toaster and oven.

The whole apartment is covered by WiFi Internet.
The car can be parked in the nearby for payment parking lot or at 150 meters the free one.
Under the house there is a bar and pastry shop and a launderette nearby.

Dit grote, gezellige en comfortabele eengezinshuis ligt in de rustige woonwijk Ripa-pozzi-querceta-ponterosso in het hart van Toscane, Italië. Het pand is verdeeld over 2 verdiepingen en bevindt zich in een rustige, zonnige woonwijk met elegante villa's. De accommodatie biedt een ideaal verblijf voor gezinnen of groepen die de Toscaanse kust en het platteland willen verkennen. Het huis beschikt over een ruime privétuin van 450 m² met volledige afrastering, die privacy en veiligheid garandeert.
Buitenruimtes
De privétuin strekt zich uit over 450 m² en is volledig omheind met een fraai onderhouden groene omgeving. Tuinmeubilair is aanwezig, zodat gasten kunnen genieten van momenten in de open lucht omgeven door het weelderige natuurlijke landschap. De afgerasterde omtrek zorgt voor een veilige en privéomgeving.
Praktische informatie
De accommodatie beschikt over verwarming van 1 november tot 15 april. Wi-Fi is beschikbaar in het gehele pand. Er is parkeerplaats ter plaatse voor 2 auto's, voorzien van een carport. Een deel van het huis is gesloten en onbewoond tijdens de verhuurperiode. Boekingen van jeugdgroepen worden niet geaccepteerd.

The vacation rental villa with private pool, Villa Alex, is located just 1500 meters from the sea and beaches of Versilia, in Marina di Pietrasanta, and about 3Km from Pietrasanta. A pretty town with dozens of restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors, well known for its art galleries and cultural life.
During the summer you will find stores open at night everywhere in Versilia. The house is also very close to Lido di Camaiore (about 1.5 km), with its long and pleasant “promenade” connected to the Viareggio promenade for a long and safe walk or bike ride, not forgetting restaurants and stores. Forte dei Marmi with its incredible luxury stores is only 5 km away.
The Villa is also a great starting point for visiting all of Tuscany.
Florence is about 1 hour's drive away as are the 5terre. Lucca, with its ancient walls and medieval charm, is only a 20-minute drive from the house and in summer is particularly animated by its Lucca Summer Festival or in November by Lucca Comics. Pisa and its famous leaning tower are also very close.
Villa Alex has a private garden on 4 sides, with access through an automatic gate and offers about 4 parking spaces.
The private pool on located in the front garden and measures 9 x 4 meters, and is 1.4m deep, chlorine purified. Around the pool you will have deck chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas.
In the back garden you will have a lawn area and a barbecue.
You can dine comfortably on the back terrace, directly accessible from the kitchen.
The sea can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or a few minutes more by bicycle.
The nearest supermarket is about 800 meters away, and for children, or even your 4-legged friends, there is a beautiful tree-lined park before the supermarket.

Following the stay of Napoleone’s sister Paolina in 1822, the first beach resorts were born, and now Viareggio has become a modern holiday resort full of shops and boutiques, bars and tourist attraction, with over hundred beach resorts more and more elegant and equipped.
The long sandy beach of Lido di Camaiore with its flat seabed, suitable for children, make it an ideal destination for families, but even for all kind of vacationers which will find here a lot of amusement and relax opportunities.
There is also a free beach close to the canal.
The house can be rented in 2 different versions:

The rental price changes due to the number of persons, i.e. two weekly rental prices exist: for max 8 persons and for max 4 persons.

A stroll by bike in the big pinewood of Ponente, where you will find a lot of children’s play area and refreshment stands, golf court in Pietrasanta, a cocktail at the table of a café along the promenade and after dinner in one of the many night clubs situated in Viareggio as well as in Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi which are only some of the entertainment possibilities during your stay.
From Viareggio railway station you will get the Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre and walk the wonderful “cammino dell’amore”(way of love).
