Het complex bevindt zich op een centrale, rustige en zonnige locatie in het dorp zelf, wat directe toegang biedt tot het lokale leven. Buitenruimtes
Het complex geniet van een zonnige ligging op deze alpine hoogte. Bereikbaarheid per auto geschiedt via een bergweg; er zijn parkeerplaatsen ter plaatse voor maximaal 8 auto's, hoewel het aantal beschikbare plaatsen beperkt is. Voor gasten die in de winter reizen, wordt een 4x4-voertuig aanbevolen gezien de omstandigheden op de bergweg in het koude seizoen.

Het chalet "Piccolo" ligt op 1.600 meter hoogte in de Zwitserse Alpen, in het hart van de Saas Valley. Dit drielaags chalet werd in 1999 gebouwd en volledig gerenoveerd in 2020, waarbij traditioneel alpien karakter met moderne comfort werd gecombineerd. Het pand staat buiten het resort op een rustige, verhoogde positie ongeveer 1 kilometer van het centrum van Saas-Grund, wat een rustig toevluchtsoord biedt terwijl het goed bereikbaar blijft voor lokale voorzieningen. Een kleine privétuin met goed onderhouden gazon nodigt uit om van de berglucht te genieten.
Buitenruimtes
De buitenruimtes van het chalet zijn zorgvuldig ontworpen om aan te sluiten bij de omringende alpiene landschappen. Een kleine privétuin met netjes onderhouden gazon biedt een ontspanningsruimte met uitzicht op het berglandschap. Een barbecue is beschikbaar voor buitendinen, wat het mogelijk maakt om tijdens warme zomeravonden of frisse bergdagen buiten te eten. De verhoogde positie van het pand zorgt voor privacy en rust.

Het chalet "Piccolo" is een rookvrij pand. De accommodatie beschikt over een centrale verwarming voor comfort tijdens de koudere alpiene maanden.
