If you decide to spend your vacation at Fattoria Le Chianacce you will find yourself immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, between Arezzo and Siena, overlooking the Valdichiana hills that mark the border between the two provinces.
Le Chianacce farm was founded in the last century and was aimed at raising the prized beef and pork that has always been produced in this area. The owner wanted to recover a part of it, leaving it completely identical to the original construction and equipping it with simple and essential furnishings, which will bring you back to the warm atmospheres of times gone by.
Near the farm you will find the small village of Farneta with the eponymous Abbey of Romanesque origin, which is definitely worth a visit. Because of its strategic location, from the house you can easily reach all the most important art cities and tourist resorts of central Italy.
Only 7 km away you will find the characteristic town of Foiano della Chiana, with its red brick buildings, perched on a green hillock. In Foiano there are all the necessary services, restaurants and trattorias where you can enjoy typical dishes and local wines, supermarkets, stores, pharmacies. If you love shopping, a few kilometers away, you will also find the Valdichiana Village.
The Farm has six apartments, four of which are available to guests, and two inhabited by the owners. At your disposal is a common room with television, laundry, bicycles, ping-pong table and outdoor space equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy the sun and beautiful summer days.
A few meters from the house, on a natural terrace, you will find the large swimming pool (size 20x8 m. - depth 1.20-1.40 m. - open from May 10 to September 20), with sunbeds, tables and umbrellas for the private use of each apartment, for your days of relaxation and water games with your children. You will find the Agriturismo Le Balze in the heart of the Alto Valdarno, at the foot of Pratomagno, and 2 km from the small village of Castelfranco di Sopra. All around is a natural landscape of rare beauty, which will captivate you from the first moment, characterised by the presence of the 'Balze', secular examples of erosion that over the years have formed towers and rocky blades that rise majestically in the valley bottom.
In about 30 minutes by car you will be able to reach Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance. City of the ancient Medici family, a heritage not to be missed, with its artistic masterpieces, the colourful marble of the churches and the lofty architecture, the ancient bridges over the Arno river and the majestic noble palaces with their immense gardens adorned with fountains, sculptures, grottoes, staircases and paths.
The villa is divided into three independent flats, in one of which on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a bathroom suitable for persons with disabilities. The structure was born from the recovery of old farm outbuildings close to the main house where the owners live, who will be, albeit in a discreet manner, a point of reference for all your needs.
The owners, thanks to careful renovation using traditional materials such as wood, terracotta and stone and comfortable furnishings, have ensured that the villa is perfect for spending a comfortable and restful holiday.
Villa Le Balze overlooks on one side a wooden porch, equipped with table and chairs and perfect for your dinners and evenings in company, and the lush garden where you will have a barbecue and a table tennis. On the other side, the house overlooks the swimming pool area (size 6x12 m, depth 1.40 m - open from 10 May to 15 September), which is completely fenced off and for the exclusive use of guests.
At Agriturismo Le Balze you can taste and purchase excellent wine and extra-virgin olive oil, vegetables, fruit, and all the products of the farm. In addition, on the ground floor of the house where the owners live you will find a small restaurant (maximum 25 seats), open both to the public and to guests of the villa. If you decide to spend your holiday at Villa Leopoldina, you can stay in a historic building, a splendid example of a typical Tuscan house designed in the 18th century by the architects of Grand Duke Leopold of Lorraine, with the characteristic four overlapping arches on the façade. The Agriturismo Bevignano, at the centre of a thriving farm with 70 hectares of woodland and 1,200 silver olive trees, has ancient origins. They date back to 1600 when there was a monastery here, and you can still admire an ancient little church inside the property. This ancient village, located on the border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, nestled in the wooded hills north of Monte San Savino, still retains its architectural features that make it a place full of charm and history. The perfect place to take your children on holiday! Agriturismo Le Calle is located in the heart of the Maremma about 9 km from Cinigiano and Paganico, and is the ideal place for those seeking relaxation in the hills, and for those who want their children to have an unforgettable experience in contact with nature and the farm animals, such as sheep, the friendly donkeys from Amiata, the Cinta Senese pigs and the Maremma cows.

The Agriturismo Le Calle is composed of 4 holiday apartments, 3 of which are in the farm centre, (Carola, Olinto and Bandiera) and the CASETTA LE CALLE which is 2 km away, reachable by an unpaved road, not advisable for sports cars. Casetta Le Calle is particularly recommended for those who wish to maintain their privacy, where a breathtaking 360° panorama awaits you around the house. Green and gentle hills, which in every season and in every moment of the day will give you unforgettable images and colours.
Adjacent to the farmhouse, where the owner's house is also located, you will find the swimming pool (size 6x12 m - depth 1,20 - 1,70 m - open from 01st May to 15 October), the laundry room, a bathroom with shower, and the park with children's playground.

During the months of July and August during your stay the owner will organise a trip in an AGRIBUS, a tractor-drawn trailer for transporting people, a modern version of an ox-drawn cart, and will take you around the farm to admire the beautiful landscape of the Maremma. Borgo di San Biagio is an elegant historic estate composed of several finely restored stone buildings, set along a dramatic rocky ridge. The borgo culminates in a stunning saltwater infinity pool overlooking an unspoiled valley, offering a deep sense of peace and immersion in nature.
The property spans 14 hectares (approximately 35 acres) of private land, featuring centuries-old olive groves and an organic vegetable garden, ensuring expansive outdoor spaces, privacy, and tranquility. The villa offers a total of nine bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the main house, each boasting panoramic views, while the remaining six rooms are housed in separate annexes, each with its own private terrace.
The entrance to the villa is particularly striking and leads through the estate’s former church, adorned with original frescoes and now transformed into an elegant living room and library. Castellammare del Golfo stands out for the natural beauty of its coastline, the hilly landscape of Mount Inici that rises behind it, the history and the tradition that touch the peak in its castle together with the proximity to exceptional places like the Zingaro Nature Reserve.
The property is surrounded by the greenery, olive trees in particular and a vegetable garden planted by the owner whose grown vegetables can be harvested, cooked and eaten by guests.
The house was originally used as family residence, it develops on two levels and it features a typical rural style characterised by materials such as wood, terracotta and majolica that make warm and welcoming the rooms.
As soon as you enter the house, you will find the living room and dining area, with couch, TV and fireplace. Here it is possible to admire a collection of hand tools and implements used by farmers for their work and now exhibited and stored in the living room.
On the ground level there is also the kitchen, very functional and equipped with all the useful appliances, including a wood-burning oven.

From the living room, by a staircase you can reach the first floor that consist of three bedrooms. The Flower Garden is governed by a set of rental conditions designed to ensure a comfortable and well-organised stay for all guests. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. Check-in takes place between 16:00 and 21:00, while check-out must be completed between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available for arrivals after 21:00 and up to 24:00, subject to prior arrangement and payable upon arrival. A security deposit of 1,000 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages. The rental rates are inclusive of gas, water, and electricity consumption, as well as final cleaning, a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek change of bath towels, daily cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms for 4 hours, a welcome basket with breakfast items, and a cot. - Cook + assistant the cost of the chef for other meals is €250 per day, (receipts will be presented separately for food and drinks).
For this service the chef plus assistant will spend a couple of hours in the villa to prepare meals without cleaning, which is the responsibility of the customers.
- These services are not provided on Sundays and holidays - The purchase cost of food and drinks is charged to the residents. For food shopping, an advance payment of Euro 1000 in cash is required upon arrival, to be integrated during the stay. For the day of arrival, we recommend sending an initial list with the specification of the first supply. - The service for the purchase of groceries has an additional cost. - The preparation of dinner with table service can also be booked, with a cost per person depending on the menu chosen.
