If you decide to spend your holiday at Villa Leopoldina, you can stay in a historic building, a splendid example of a typical Tuscan house designed in the 18th century by the architects of Grand Duke Leopold of Lorraine, with the characteristic four overlapping arches on the façade. It will be a plunge into the past, when families were very numerous and these huge homes housed several generations under the same roof.
In front of the villa you will find the private garden and on the right-hand side the beautiful swimming pool (size 12x5 m, depth 1.40 m, completely enclosed - open from 01st May to 30th September). From here, every day, you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view over the city of Arezzo and its valleys, a view that becomes even more suggestive at night with the thousands of tiny lights that seem to chase each other. You will reach the centre of Arezzo in less than 10 minutes by car and here you will find all the necessary amenities and services, as well as museums, magnificent churches, cathedrals and monuments to visit.
One of the villa's bonuses is certainly its location. It is located within the Pomaio winery, a renowned winery that produces its excellent wines following the rules of eco-sustainability. Pomaio is listed as one of the 13 most beautiful Design Cellars in the Region of Tuscany for the Toscana Wine Architecture project, and this 'Green' philosophy was also followed for the renovation of the villa. In fact, thanks to the materials used, the villa has a high energy-saving rating, with positive effects both for the environment and for those who stay there in all seasons.
Therefore, in addition to living in the midst of an almost enchanted place, amidst splendid rows of vines that slope down towards the silhouette of the city, you will be able to taste the excellent wines in the wine cellar when you feel like taking a little walk and reaching it.
Villa Leopoldina is on two levels connected by a covered outdoor staircase. The Agriturismo Bevignano, at the centre of a thriving farm with 70 hectares of woodland and 1,200 silver olive trees, has ancient origins. They date back to 1600 when there was a monastery here, and you can still admire an ancient little church inside the property. This ancient village, located on the border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, nestled in the wooded hills north of Monte San Savino, still retains its architectural features that make it a place full of charm and history. You will feel as if catapulted into another century, in contact with nature and the simplicity of country life.
The town of Monte San Savino with its shops, supermarkets and services of all kinds is about 10 km away. The town also offers typical restaurants where you can enjoy the famous Chianina beef, Tuscan red wines and also excellent pizzas.
The property is divided into two stone buildings, which in turn are divided into four independent apartments. Casa Vana and Casa Linda and the house where the owners live are in the first farmhouse, and Casa Ghigo and Casa Gesuina are in the second farmhouse. Each apartment has an independent entrance and will have a private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs for your outdoor meals.
The owners, after a careful study of the origins and traditions of the place, have decided to keep the original core of the hamlet unaltered, enriching it with sober and essential finishes and furnishings, which will give you the opportunity to experience a holiday in contact with nature and the country lifestyle, together with the comforts of modern life.
The Agriturismo is located in an extremely scenic area, the view you will enjoy from your windows will remain etched in your memories for many years to come. In the farm's woods and olive groves it will be fantastic to take long, relaxing walks; if you love trekking, this is absolutely the place for you.
At your disposal, on hot summer days, is the large swimming pool (size 7x14 m. - depth 1.00-2.50 m. - open from 01 May to 30 September). The perfect place to take your children on holiday! Agriturismo Le Calle is located in the heart of the Maremma about 9 km from Cinigiano and Paganico, and is the ideal place for those seeking relaxation in the hills, and for those who want their children to have an unforgettable experience in contact with nature and the farm animals, such as sheep, the friendly donkeys from Amiata, the Cinta Senese pigs and the Maremma cows.
The farm consists of about 80 hectares and produces excellent Montecucco D.O.C. wines, extra virgin olive oil, Cinta Senese cold cuts, honey, cereals and legumes, with which the owners Riccardo and Savina will be happy to tempt you.
You can take a dip in the sea with wonderful trips, even daily, to the seaside resorts on the golden Tyrrhenian coast. Castiglione della Pescaia, Marina di Grosseto and Marina di Alberese are about 50 km away and can be reached in just over 30 minutes by car.
The Agriturismo Le Calle is composed of 4 holiday apartments, 3 of which are in the farm centre, (Carola, Olinto and Bandiera) and the CASETTA LE CALLE which is 2 km away, reachable by an unpaved road, not advisable for sports cars. Casetta Le Calle is particularly recommended for those who wish to maintain their privacy, where a breathtaking 360° panorama awaits you around the house. Green and gentle hills, which in every season and in every moment of the day will give you unforgettable images and colours.
Adjacent to the farmhouse, where the owner's house is also located, you will find the swimming pool (size 6x12 m - depth 1,20 - 1,70 m - open from 01st May to 15 October), the laundry room, a bathroom with shower, and the park with children's playground.
Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
During the months of July and August during your stay the owner will organise a trip in an AGRIBUS, a tractor-drawn trailer for transporting people, a modern version of an ox-drawn cart, and will take you around the farm to admire the beautiful landscape of the Maremma. A family experience you won't forget.
After the trip, all participants will be offered a tasting dinner with the farm's products (included in the price for bookings of at least one week), evenings in company and joy shared with other guests and the owner's family that will remain in your fondest memories.

Villa Davide is located half way between Sorrento and Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, a top hill village overlooking both Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. Sant’Agata is ideal for families or groups who are in search of a stress free vacation.
It is in fact located in a strategic and convenient location, one can easily access the nearby holiday resorts of Positano and Amalfi south of Naples and north of Pompeii respectively.
Describing the view from Villa Davide would be like expressing impressions of a painting from a famous artist! It is a unique and breathtaking experience. Mother nature spared no expense, as the villa is totally surrounded by a green miracle.
The property lies on a typical terraced Sorrento garden where several facilities such as the swimming pool area equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers, a mini pool Jacuzzi, a barbecue area, a fire brick oven where you might even be tempted to create your own Neapolitan Pizza also known as Margherita! The list goes on with a small soccer pitch, a ping pong table and a private parking area. The view of the entire Bay of Naples with the Vesuvio just in front of you is something to be relished!
The terraced garden of the villa is also the seat of two outdoor buildings where three of the six bedrooms are located.
Villa Davide, in fact, is composed of six bedrooms, four in the main body along with three bathrooms and the other two are located in the outdoor building. All bathrooms have showers; in the main body there is a bath tub in one of the bathrooms. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people.
The main body itself is divided into two levels: the bedroom area is located on the upper floor together with two out of the three bathrooms; the third bathroom is downstairs next to the kitchen, a modern and fully equipped facility at that! All rooms and lounges are fully air conditioned of course.

Romantic Tower is een uitzonderlijke villa op een heuvel aan de centrale Amalfi-kust in Positano, Italië, gebouwd uit een 13e-eeuwse wachttoren omgeven door weelderig groen. De villa biedt adembenemend panoramisch uitzicht over zee, de baai van Positano, het eiland Capri en de Amalfi-kust. Het pand biedt onderdak aan maximaal 3 gasten in verfijnde comfort en maakt deel uit van een complex van 5 huizen dat zich uitstrekt over meer dan 1,5 hectare. De gasten hebben toegang tot een gedeeld zwembad dat op de plaats van een oude fontein is aangelegd en 's middags beschaduwd wordt door een eeuwenoude olijfboom. Het zwembadwater is verrijkt met zuurstof, zodat geen chloor wordt gebruikt. Het complex beschikt over fraai onderhouden privéterrassen met olijfbomen, citroenbomen, mandarijnen, granaatappels en een rijke verscheidenheid aan mediterrane plantensoorten.
Buitenruimtes
Het grote terras verbindt de hoofdcirculaire torenruimte met de fraai ingerichte bijgebouw en biedt plaats voor al fresco dineren en drinken met uitzicht op de omgeving. Een panoramisch terras boven dient als ideaal zonnebadplaats tussen het groen en is bereikbaar via stenen trappen direct vanuit de hoofdruimte; het terras beschikt over een buitendouche. Het gedeelde zwembad is open van 9:00 tot 18:00 van 1 mei tot 10 oktober, afhankelijk van weersomstandigheden, en ligt in de privéterrassen van het complex omgeven door mediterrane flora waaronder karubossen, Opuntia vulgaris, aloë, reuzenagave, Euphorbia Canariensis, bougainvillea, strammonium, echeveria, cycas, clematis, euphorbia, hibiscus en jasmijn. Praktische informatie
De tarieven omvatten een initiële boodschappenvoorraad, water, elektriciteit, gas, satelliet-tv, Wi-Fi, airconditioning, een schoonmaak en handdoekwisseling halverwege de week en een eindschoonmaak. Linnenwisseling is eenmaal per week op verzoek inbegrepen. Check-in is beschikbaar vanaf 15:00 en check-out moet om 10:00 zijn afgerond. Vroeg inchecken en laat uitchecken kunnen op aanvraag worden geregeld. Entering the main building at the ground floor, there are two housing units.

Villa Matilde is a beautiful holiday home located in an enviable sea front position in San Lorenzo, a well-known seaside resort that boasts one of Sicily’s most beautiful beaches.
This villa features the typical Mediterranean style, it is surrounded by a well-kept garden and ample, panoramic terraces with sea views, and it also has a small swimming pool (3.00 x 5.00 meters and 1.30 meters deep).
Villa Matilde is of recent construction, it is characterized by fresh, cozy rooms decorated with great attention and taste.
At the ground floor we find the living/dining room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom (king size bed 180x210) with en-suite shower, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
On the first floor (accessed from outside) there is one more double bedroom with en-suite shower and a terrace.
The villa comes complete with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, sat-TV, iPod docking station, washing machine, dishwasher, safe and external shower.
