13 km north of Mikkeli, there is the atmospheric and cozy Havukka cottage, which is perfect for couples who appreciate nature and peace or a small group of friends for an evening gathering. The cottage is located on a beautiful wild forest slope on the shore of pond Ekslampi (40 m). There is only one other cottage on the shore of the same pond, which is not visible. There is a private rowing boat available on the shore and you can catch pike and perch from the pond.
Log cottage 1975, renovated 1999, bright and nicely retro-romantic decorated living room and kitchen, with a double bed (two single beds on a single mattress, separate mattresses also available on request in advance), a sofa bed in the living room for 1-2 people. Dining table for four and an open fireplace to add atmosphere. The kitchen has cold and hot water, no dishwasher. Refrigerator with freezer compartment.
Bathroom with toilet and shower. The cottage has a large covered terrace with plenty of space for grilling and sitting in the evenings. The cottage has room for two to four guests, and there are two 90x200 cm beds in the summer shed as an alternative bed. The 8-square-meter shed (1975) has electricity for lighting and additional heating if necessary. Note: the shed is only available in June-August.
Beach sauna 8 m² (1975), with a wood-burning stove and stove tank, 5 m of water from the pond, electric light, terrace. Stairs to the sauna and the beach. The wood-burning beach sauna has soft steam baths and it is convenient to take a dip in the cool pond from the sauna. The beach is hard, with a deep mud bottom. The depth in the middle of the pond is 14 m, the depth at the end of the pier is about 3 meters and the beach is very suitable for swimmers with good swimming skills.
Next to the beach sauna there is a small atmospheric grill house with an open fireplace, a wood stove and a charcoal grill for preparing a variety of dishes. In the grill house you can fry sausages, sit in the evening, cook soot-pan coffee in the open fireplace, even in rainy weather. There is also a terrace and an electrical outlet in the grill house.

Lammintupa is located in the smallest municipality of South Karelia region, in the middle of the charming countryside landscape by the pond Kirveslampi. The cabin is ideal for couples with one child for a peaceful holiday. The place also offers excellent, peaceful forest trails for jogging.
Lemi is known for its famous Lemi's särä, which is on of the seven wonders of Finland. Lemi's särä, a delicious lamb stewed in a birch vat for a long time, is available at Lemi's Museum.
27 km to the west from Lappeenranta, spring-based pond Kirveslampi 60 m (length 500 m, width 300 m), hard, gently deepening clay bottom, pier and rowing boat.

This spacious 100 m² cabin, built in 2001, offers the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoying the tranquility of nature. The nearest neighbor is about half a kilometer away.
Wooden cabin with boarded outer walls. Part of the structure is made from old hand-carved logs, creating a cozy atmosphere inside. The cabin features a spacious living room/kitchen, two bedrooms—one with a fixed double bed and the other with two separate single beds for two people. In addition to a separate lakeside sauna, the cabin has an electric sauna, a bathroom with a shower, a dressing room, and a separate WC. There's also a charming living area on a glazed porch connected to a second entrance. The sofa bed in the living area can be used as an extra bed.
Next to the cabin, there is a fixed masonry barbecue area, and by the shore, a wood-heated sauna with a separate dressing room. Water for washing can be heated in the water tank attached to the sauna stove. The beach is gently sloping with a sandy bottom. The cabin comes with its own rowing boat.

The kitchen is equipped with industrial appliances, and the dining room has seating for 60 people. Bedroom 1 includes two beds, bedroom 2 has two beds and an alcove has one bed.
