Separate lakeside sauna with wood-burning stove, dressing room, living room with fireplace and convertible sofa bed, covered terrace. Sauna building's fireplace room has minikitchen facilities without running water. There is electric radiator and fireplace for heating.
The grill place has a gas grill and also a ball grill. Next to the playing field is a lean-to, with a campfire place with benches and 2 sleeping bags for the lean-to.
There is a small storage building for firewood and hobby equipment on the plot. The villa has outdoor space and equipment for hobbies, e.g. for badminton, pétanque, mölkky and pole walking as well as fishing.

There is no traffic passing by near the cabin, because it is located at the end of the road.
