Access from the garden into the living room ( Sat TV), with 1 single sofà bed and another single sofà bed (on request and to be paid on the spot).
Kitchen corner with gas cooking and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, German and Italian coffee machines, a toaster and washing machine.
1 double bedroom; a bathroom with shower.
The apartment can communicate internally through a door in the corridor with the apartament BUGANVILLEA.
Private equipped outdoor area.
IMPORTANT, the maximum number of guests admitted in the house (babies included) cannot be more than 4 (each person and baby beyond 3 People has to pay an extra fee of 70€ per week)

De gemeente Castagneto Carducci voert een huis-aan-huis vuilophaaldienst uit en het is verplicht voor klanten om zich aan het initiatief van de gemeente te houden; als er aan het einde van het verblijf vuilnis in het huis achterblijft, wordt er een boete van €50,- in mindering gebracht op de borg.

Niet inbegrepen in de huurprijs en ter plaatse te betalen:

Het saldo is verschuldigd 45 dagen voor aankomst.
Voor last-minute boekingen (binnen 45 dagen na aankomst) moet het volledige huurbedrag worden betaald op het moment van boeking.
In geval van annulering van de boeking, zelfs als deze wordt vervangen door een andere, gelden de volgende boetes:
- de eerste aanbetaling (25% van de totale huursom) als de annulering plaatsvindt tussen de boekingstijd en 46 dagen voor aankomst;
- 100% van de totale huurprijs als de annulering plaatsvindt vanaf 45 dagen voor aankomst of in geval van niet op komen dagen.

Buona posizione vicino al mare e al centro della Marina di Castagneto. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità e la possibilità di pranzare all'aperto. Molto comodo il parcheggio interno. È utile sapere che, non distante dalla villa, la proprietà gestisce un parco botanico, che abbiamo visitato con visita guidata, dove é possibile parcheggiare e raggiungere, in pochi minuti, un tratto di spiaggia libera ed avere a disposizione sdraio e ombrelloni.

My husband and I had the most wonderful vacation! The town of Marina di Castagneto Carducci is so amazing! We loved everything about our vacation. The apartment is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The owners are such a delight and we really enjoyed talking with them and getting to know them. We had an amazing vacation and hope to be back soon!

The villa is nicely located in a pinewood. The owner has thoughtfully organised the apartment giving attention to every little detail. It is a very clean and light house, outside with a beautifull dining space with a marble table and arbour. The sea and the beaches are very close and both very clean - you can have access to private or public beach as well. However the sea has a long bathing area, which is nice for small children - but you have to walk a bit until you reach a point nice to swim from. Overall the resort is very small and ideal for families with children and may be adolescents. There is an open air cinema, fun park and quite a few restaurants. The Supermarkets are within 10 minutes of car drive.

Camelia is a charming little apartment in a very densely populated family beach resort. My daughter, age 17, and I spent a week there as a part of a trip that included some time in Florence. The landlord was very nice and efficient. The apartment an extremely clean basic beach rental. Most of the tourists in this resort are Italian or German. We did not encounter one other American or other English speaking tourist for the first six days of the week we were there. There is bus trasportation in town, but you must be patient about train and bus connections from nearby Donoratico. The coast is lovely. There is one very good restaurant in the town and several excellent ones nearby. If you aren't into pizza, there are only two restaurants in the town. We greatly enjoyed the beach and rented chairs and an umbrella for the week at S. Lucia beach. If you are looking for a low key family oriented resort from which to explore a corner of Tuscany, this is an excellent choice. Castagneto Carducci was the most charming of the hill towns we visited and only about 7 miles from Marina del Castagneto. We had an affordable and very relaxing vacation. It was a pleasant contrast with the rushing about and intense sight seeing we did in Florence.

The property is well located to the sea (just 5 min walk), places to go (Toscana historical towns like Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Florence etc and farms producing excellent vine), supermarkets. It is surrounded by pine trees, the beach is vast and sandy. The apartment is reasonably planned and furnished.
