Leda house overloos the sea beautifully, with a lawn and a large veranda and garden just 10 meters away from the sea. From the town you can easily reach the village of Porto Rotondo, landmark of the Costa Smeralda. The property is situated in a quiet residential area, only few steps away from main facilities.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort: kitchen, living room with sliding windows and lovely sea view, three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, cellar with washing machine, garage. In a few steps you can reach the beautiful beaches set in the village of Golfo Aranci.

The bedrooms are three: double bedroom, another double bedroom with 5 beds, a room with bunk beds.
The apartment has two bathrooms: one bathroom with shower / toilet / wash basin, one with a bath / toilet / sink.
The apartment is equipped with washing machine, located in special room.
