Beschrijving Interieur

23 km south from Savonlinna, Saimaa/Ruuvesi 200 m, hard, gently deepening sanded clay bottom, beach is shared with the neighbour, own boat.

Log cabin built in 2013, combined kitchen-living room, downstairs 3 bedrooms with double bed in each, living room, toilet and walk-in shower, utility room, vestibule, electric sauna, bathroom with bath and shower, terrace 15 m².
Upstairs: bed room with double bed, toilet and walk-in shower, balcony 10 ².

Garage which is not in clients use is 20 meters from the villa. Splendid villa built of massive hand carved pine log located high on the cliff top. Front of the villa there is a big rock pit and natural water is coming from the spring to the pit. Rock, sand, stone dust, garden bark and plantings (e.g. tulip slope and berry bushes) in the yard.

Beach is in shared use with the owner (who uses the beach rarely). Wide beach is sanded. Big and proper dock. By car 300 m to the beach or by foot along a path 200 m.
Hydromassage showers.

Wifi- internet connection WDSL 4/1 Mbit/s, surveillance cameras, two air source heat pumps, induction cooker.
Owner rents out 2,5 hb and 20 hb outboard motors. A trampoline.

Nearest neighbour (20 m) is owners garage which is located a little further down the slope. The owner uses the garage on maintenance works but does not disturb clients stay.
