Beautiful complex of 5 apartments and villa in a very panoramic spot just 7 km from the beautiful city of Orvieto, offering a magnificent view of the city and its splendid Duomo. Guests of the apartments and the villa share the beautiful pool, surrounded by lawns and equipped with a spacious covered patio. The interior furnishings are comfortable, in a rustic style for the apartments and more refined for the villa.
There are convenient daily trains from the city of Orvieto to Rome.
Access to the property is via an unpaved road in good condition and suitable for all vehicles.
Distances: Orvieto with shops of all kinds and train station about 7 km away, Bolseno Lake 22 km, Todi 38 km away, Pitigliano 53 km, Perugia 77 km away, the seaside (Montalto di Castro) 85 km, Assisi 90 km away, Rome 120 km, Siena 125 km, Florence 170 km away.
At guests' disposal: large garden with covered pool and pool (enclosed) shared by guests of the apartments (14 x 7- minimum depth 1,1 m- maximum depth 2,2 m- open from 01/05 to 30/09), stone barbecue near the pool. Laundry room with shared washing machine. Each apartment has a hairdryer in the bathroom.
Wi-fi internet connection available at the reception area, while the villa has its own independent Wi-fi internet connection (free of charge).
