Beschrijving Interieur

58 km north of Heinola, (at the border of Central Finland region), Rautavesi Lake (length 10 km, width 0.8 km), rather deep, sandy and dredged clay bottom, own boat.
Log cabin 2004, upstairs kitchen-living room, bedroom with double bed, hall and covered terraces.
On the ground floor living room with fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, shower room, a sauna and a terrace.
The villa has air source heat pump and heat recovery systems. The villa is located on slopes, courtyard on the beach side is not yet fully completed. Rautavesi is clear watered lake with good fishing possibilities.
A lakeside sauna is available from early May to the end of October, to the sauna comes a cold water pipe.
Sauna building has a fireplace room with a 120 cm double bed and a sofa.
Rent includes 2 pieces of fishing permits, pool table, wireless internet and outdoor games for kids.
